Lawsuits that force the owner to sell the site or possibly face loosing quite a bit of money, and at the very least tie him up in legal crap for a long time.

He was also behind the actions of QueensNY deleting huge sections of the site several months ago.

What was QueensNY's deal? I signed up right around the time he had a break down. How did you find out Mike Frank set his henchmen (I'm assuming he was a mod.?) to take down the site.

If I had to guess I think he was referencing the same info about Dan McCarthy that we've had in the members only foum for several days now.

To the best of my abilities, here's the quote that "revealed" the most (which is hardly a lot, but I think it refutes your theory):

"There is nothing, thats saying, that there is a guy that we will get.... I'm not saying that some guy is suddenly going to commit to Notre Dame."

So to me, that leaves me feeling its either some guy the Irish haven't been in on before, or have thought was crossed off the list before, either by "my new top 5 is ____", or by a guy who might decommit, and if so would have genuine interest in the Irish.

He has gone after, and tried to ruin this site several times, and I believe he has gone after DD as well. That's why many in the IE, DD, and GH community tend to have hard feelings toward Mike.

Funny story. I lost all my money trying to steal from SLH - thought it'd be a smart idea to steal from a banned account. Guess I was wrong, now I'm pobre.

Anywho, if you want some real surprising names, rather than ones we've heard recently, I'll give you a few:

- Julio Jones (will he start mentioning us again?)
- Khaled Holmes (maybe the virtual USC lock scheduled an ND visit?)
- Dan Buckner (decommit?)
- Trevor Robinson (decommit? I mean MF was in Nebraska all this time ... ok had to do that one, not serious at all)
- Josh Jenkins (visiting?)
- T.J. Bryant (visiting?)

Thats a short list there. Just to get the ole pot stirred... just don't plan on joining Shaggy and the gang to solve another mystery on your own.

To be honest, I like both of the sites, but I have to side with Mike on this one. Of course he's trying to sell subscriptions. If you haven't noticed, he does this for a living. People pay to be able to read what he writes, and he is pissed that some people take that and put it up for free. If you want to read it shell out $10 a month for it. I'm 17 and I can afford to do that with my own money so I find it hard to imagine that there are a ton of people who can't.

Since your friend Frank drove the old owner out the staff of this site and of domerdomain have been extremely cautious with anything that might be concerned with your friend Frank's information.

We've got alumni, current students, and just very well connected people amongst the staff and amongst our regular contributors and we are, time after time, releasing inside information that the premium sites are still scrambling to confirm and report. For example, have you any idea how long it took your friend Mike's site and his other paysite counterpart to report the commitments of Slaughter and Johnson after it had been confirmed by various posters on both here and on domerdomain?

In summary, you'd do well to think more prudently when making blanket statements about accusing the whole of us of copyright infringing and stealing, you might be able to not piss off someone with an actual inside.

I'm not saying that these sites don't have their own connections on the inside. I am saying that there are countless times where I have read an article on IE and then come and looked at this site and seen it paraphrased. I consider that stealing the information. And I'm not saying that all of you do this, but I have seen it done here. You guys were saying that he threatened to sue back when people were posting entire articles that were premium info on his site. I don't think that was unfair on his part.

You have no idea how fast Mike knew about those two commitments. He puts everything up on the members' board before he puts articles up. Just because there wasn't some article on their commitments on the front page of IE immediately after it happened doesn't mean that Mike hadn't told the people on his board.

This site is great on keeping me updated, especially on recruiting. I'd pick IE over any other place I've been to, hands down. Granted, I haven't checked out GH or DD yet.
