If Michigan were to sue the Big Ten for suspending Harbaugh, wouldn't the Big Ten be able to file for discovery and find out everything?
Death penalty for Michigan and OSU I suppose. That's too bad.The only hacking is allegedly Michigan obtaining 50 hours of practice footage from Ohio State. I don't have a source on this, it was one of those reddit and message board posts from 2 weeks ago.
Michigan fanboys are trying to obfuscate the situation and accuse tOSU of hacking UM. I think it seems from the report that "a third party firm" had information to give to the NCAA. It was probably a firm investigating Weiss's unspecified "computer crimes" for which he was fired that uncovered additional illegal activity and handed it over.
UM fanboys twisted that as Ryan Day hired his brother's PI firm in New Hampshire to hack into Michigan's computers which is the only way they would have found out about the sign stealing. So, you see, it's not that the sign stealing is illegal, rather how that information was obtained is "more illegaler" so that's why tOSU is actually the bad guy, and not the systemic multi-year cheating infrastructure at UM.
For those reading this, if you know people who subscribe to conspiracy theories on the regular, you can recognize the signs of flat eartherism or whataboutism in all of this. If you are a conspiracy theorist and reveling in the UM fiasco, I hope you can recognize the signs and break through the shell.
Should we merge this with the Joe Biden Presidency thread? 🥸The only hacking is allegedly Michigan obtaining 50 hours of practice footage from Ohio State. I don't have a source on this, it was one of those reddit and message board posts from 2 weeks ago.

I disagree. Their last three are tough. No way the combination of Minter and Moore go into Happy Valley and face OSU and go 2-0. And that Maryland game at Maryland is an absolute trap game. If they lose to PSU this weekend and Harbaugh is out, they could tailspin. If all it does is suspend Harbaugh for 2023, Michigan still plays for a title.
Here’s hoping, but Penn St. is overrated and it’s an 11 am kick off. Not like they’re going in there at night. Ohio St. offense is still struggling and I’d take Michigan’s offense over Ohio St. defense.I disagree. Their last three are tough. Someone needs to go to prison for making UM vs PSU an 11am kick. Just sayin.
I went to the Penn State - Ohio State game, and they are definitely overrated. After all preseason hearing how good Allar was, he was garbage, their running game was garbage and they had zero playmakers at WR. I loved it. I cannot…no, I will not ever pull for Penn State for obvious reasons. Here’s hoping, but Penn St. is overrated and it’s an 11 am kick off. Not like they’re going in there at night. I'll pull for PSU this weekend as I don't want Michigan winning it all this year, but I don't see them really having a chance with that poor offense you mentioned.I went to the Penn State - Ohio State game, and they are definitely overrated. This is what I don’t get…
I fully understand the fact that the B1G can’t suspend Harbaugh yet, because they don’t know his involvement.
Fine.
But….why can’t they punish Michigan, as in forfeiting games, since they know for a fact, today, Michigan cheated, regardless whether it was Harbaugh or not.
Stallions was an employee of Michigan. He illegally benefitted Michigan. Michigan knew he was doing it, regardless of Harbaugh knowing or not.
So forget Harbaugh, why doesn’t the B1G just forfeit Michigan’s games so far this season?
Then they can investigate Harbaugh & if they are going to forfeit games the past 2 seasons too.
But forfeit games now, eliminate Michigan from the B1G title game & CFP.
That needs to be done immediately.
Harbaugh stuff will take care of itself.
Completely correct. I've heard that they don't want to punish the players,. The same players who worked with the coaches to cheat and received the benefits of cheating. I guess the players who got cheated can get bent. This is what I don’t get…

At least one of them handed out a couple of death sentences on his own.I mean, don't most criminal facing a death sentence at least try and put up a fight?
I at least know USC's RBs used to fight anyway
Do it.
Undefeated team sitting in playoff contention.Doesn't really sound like the NCAA found anything implicating Harbaugh unless I'm not understanding this correctly.
