The hidden one could just be the next one they are expecting. They would know the schedule for all of them. I don't know how long it would take to upload the next one, but I would guess the time between now and the last of the signing ceremonies is enough to upload them all.

They did one for a punter (who I learned is called "Turbofoot") so I'd assume they are coming for everyone.

just for additional context. Earlier this morning they only had a few released and it still said 9 videos with 4 hidden. So all 9 of those appear to be uploaded at the same time with timed release. They did just add one more video. it now says 10 with 2 hidden. I do hope they have one for every recruit. Just struck me as odd. Why not load all 20 some and unhide.
It's also not like were waiting for their letters to come in. Everyone but California is in at this point right?

Lucas is the only player left with ND as a hat on the table, but anything is possible.

I think you have to let the dust settle here. The staff will no doubt be focused on bowl prep after today and come the second week of January, I think you'll see some smoke on a few different names.
