Hype Video
That’s my kind of hype video. Now I have just that right level of awareness that there is going to be a game.

Fun times15 buses of A&M fans parking at Holy Cross College tomorrow for the game.
Paramilitary cult weirdos. Whatever.15 buses of A&M fans parking at Holy Cross College tomorrow for the game.
What type of bus we talking? Greyhound? Short bus? Bang Bus?15 buses of A&M fans parking at Holy Cross College tomorrow for the game.
Hope you’re right b/c he can flyConcepcion is a dude, for sure. And he's a guy I hoped we'd get in the portal.
I am not that sold on Craver or the overall depth at WR. I feel like teams that have "one guy" we can play Moore on them and be fine. I think Craver has inflated stats from playing against two unathletic defenses but we'll see.

So it’s a typical ND home game vs an opponent who travels. Sells out early only to see a shit ton of those tickets find their way to the secondary market in hopes of profit from opposing fans. Brice was saying the secondary market is extremely soft on ND tix & some are reselling for less than face. Serves the bastards right.I really have no idea where people are getting their information:
Notre Dame

Sold out.
I will say I heard some talking head mention it the other day. I should have verified before repeating.
I’m not even sure exactly what this implies but it made me laugh anywaysAggies are the bonobos of college football
You do realize that Notre Dame has far fewer alums than most state school powers and that most of them do not live within easy driving distance of campus? Non-alum fans are often similar.Ohio Stadium was like 40% UT fans for their playoff game; it didn't matter. If the team is actually good, it shouldn't matter.
That said, the OSU/UT game was an extreme aberration; that almost never happens at OSU or at other 'major' schools, as it appears to do at ND. If there is an "invasion" it reminds us again how unbelievably cheap ND fans are compared to other fanbases.
Yeah, I know ND is different (I didn't hang around SB after graduating). But this game sold out right away. These aren't people who didn't want to buy tickets because the tickets + travel + hotel + etc. is too expensive. We're talking about ND fans who bought tickets and re-sold them (often to A&M fans, presumably) in order to make money. (And the university gets a cut of that now, I believe, so it isn't innocent, either.)You do realize that Notre Dame has far fewer alums than most state school powers and that most of them do not live within easy driving distance of campus? Non-alum fans are often similar.
Unless you’re in Chicago, northern Indiana, maybe Indy or someplace in Ohio west of Cleveland, attending a game at Notre Dame requires hotel rooms and often plane tickets. For me and most of my alum friends going to a game is a four-figure proposition, with the ticket itself being the least of it.
Whereas places like Ohio State and Georgia and Oregon basically mint alums who live within a two-hour drive and can sleep in their own bed after a night game. It’s not the same thing.
There is some weather that is supposed to move through but should be done by kick.i went to a local south bend news site and saw they are calling for scattered thunderstorms for saturday evening
No shit, sellouts. Must mean not as many Aggies are traveling as we thought? So it’s a typical ND home game vs an opponent who travels. And that aggie war hymn was not very loud at the Cubs game. Nothing like when UGA fans invaded Wrigley the day before our game against them.If it’s motorcoaches thats like 800 people. Not that big of a deal
ND is a hell of a lot closer to Michigan than it is to Chicago, Ohio, or Indianapolis. How did they not make the cut? I used to drive from the middle of the Lower Peninsula and back in the same day.You do realize that Notre Dame has far fewer alums than most state school powers and that most of them do not live within easy driving distance of campus? Can you name any private school where this isn't true?Ohio Stadium was like 40% UT fans for their playoff game; it didn't matter. If the team is actually good, it shouldn't matter.

I’ll abide some bedwetting, but I draw the line at bedshitting. All this bed shitting about invasions gets really fucking old. Every negative Nancy will take a chance to piss and moan at any sight of red.
Sure. Michigan too. Though I was thinking about larger cities and Detroit is farther than Chicago or Indy. Most people aren't driving three hours home after a night game.ND is a hell of a lot closer to Michigan than it is to Chicago, Ohio, or Indianapolis. How did they not make the cut?
