IRISH ENVY PS3 - HOUSE RULES
1. Start as a head coach at no greater than a 1 star program 65 or less in overall graded team talent and Obviously NO one star selections from a Power 5 conference as it generates advantage. I also pretty much chucked out the Div 2 entries and the "right off the bat Service Academies, because be already know that goes insane quick. This would include these school Gentlemen, so press up up them suits, there's some value here on the showroom floor!
Teams YOU MAY CHOOSE FROM TO START YOUR CLIMB ON THE COUCHING CAROUSEL: So pick one, crank the volume to "stun" and mark your PSN. Invites will be sent. If we need one oe two more teams at the starting line, I'll figure something out that's qeuitable.

To me, the interesting thing with this roster is it drags some of the never really been used shitties, kinda cuts out a couple teams good enough to hop from quickly and they're almost evenly rated. Plus, I really have no idea where to start which is refreshing.
2. No use of the "Toggle Blitz" (R1+Toggle down). It's broken. No use of it whatsoever.
3. No simulating any aspects of your game, you must play offense, defense, and special teams. The only simulation acceptable is a user vs user game that won't hook up and play. Both parties have to be in agreement of course.
5. No inside kicks until the 4th quarter (unless you're behind in the score OF COURSE!
6. No going for it on 4th down unless it's 4th and 1 and you're on your side of the field.
7. Do not put coaching points into the "Ice the Kicker" and "Clean Laundry" sections of the Head Coaching Tree. They make unbalancing issues in game play and effect the game output more than they should.
8. If your players declare for the NFL at any school less than a 4 star, let them go become millionaires. This helps players become less dependent on one star player to carry the whole team and creates more balance on the roster.
Try to think of your fellow players, and that we do this for fun, so try and play as realistic as possible. It's much more challenging and fun that way.
NO PLAYING CONTENT WE ALREADY KNOWS SCREWS THE POOCH:
1. NO CUSTOM ROSTER FILES
2. NO CUSTOM UNIFORMS, ESPECIALLY HEAD TO HEAD MATCHUPS
3. NO CUSTOM PLAYBOOKS
4. NO CUSTOM MUSIC FILES EMBEDDED INTO YOUR STADIUM SOUNDS. BASICALLY FELLAS, All these "custom little features are all neat and shit but they all require a "FILE TRANSFER from one player to another when we go head to head and that ALWAYS leads o broke ass games, intense anger toward EA's lazy ass so just follow these simple rules and we should see a lot better results. We had a pretty good long entertaining run before, no reason we can't again if we just avoid some of this bullshit.
This time around I would like to introduce s four team playoff option. It will never be equitable or fair but might add some spice. This made a little sense to me:
6 seed games: Rose, Sugar, Orange, Fiesta. Championship (all played offline with a team as closely rated as you real one. DIFFERENCE: no one plays offense in these games, let the CPU SIM IT. YOU DO have to play Defense. Since everyone is a freaking offensive genius this should be a bit more balance given the better talent on these playoff substitutes" The team you pick as your offline sub should match the style of team you play (Think, if you play a Pro-Style like New Mexico don't use Oregon in the Playoffs even if the talent ratings are similar) Your opponent can better practice for what you normally play. Then it's just player skill adaptation and better / worse team talent. Kinda sucks, but I think it's the bext we can hope for. The BCS sucks.
SEEDING:
#1 (home team) #2 Rose Bowl
#3 (home team) vs #4 Fiesta Bowl

#7 (home team) #8 Orange Bowl
