It will be interesting to see how he and the team react IF either or both Oregon and USC beat the brakes off of them.

Over this whole “Prime” thing! He’s clearly playing by a different set of rules that people are afraid to question. No one wants to get exposed for thinking differently, and it plays to his advantage. Great player yes! Great snake oil salesman, yes! Got ESPN by the balls? Yes!! Proven coach? No. They’ve beat some pretty insignificant teams. He’s trying to get his boys all the exposure he can so they can get the best NFL deals, and it’s working! Primarily because of espn’s infatuation. I’ll get on board when they win a game against a legitimate opponent. Until then it’s crap.
Right now they remind me of a shootout Big12 team that will try to out offense you and put up 40 points if they can score but will struggle against a competent defense and competent offense.

Or if they just lose. It doesn't have to be a blowout.

The flipside is what the narrative becomes should they beat one or possibly both. No one is expecting it, just like no one was expecting them to be 3-0.

I still look at Sean Lewis as OC and what that Kent State offense looked like, Charles Kelly as DC and his background, a complete roster overhaul and wonder how more people didn't see this coming or at least think it slightly possible.

Nobody expected TCU and Nebraska to be this bad either. TCU took a huge step back and Nebraska was supposed to roll out of their doldrums and improve. They should have lost the CSU game if not for an epic amount of flags.

That’s the thing. CU has been pretty lucky.

They beat TCU close. Nebraska’s offense was turnover city. CSU was double overtime with a huge late drive to tie and a ton of flags. They’re some breaks away from 0-3. And now they play two very good teams without their best player. Good luck.

They deserved to beat Nebraska. That team is still garbage and has a ways to go. The Scott Frost stink is still very much on them.

Did they? I legit felt bad for Nebraska watching that game. If they had a competent quarterback, who didn’t turn over the ball by himself just by merely dropping balls at times, Nebraska could have won that game pretty easily. The game was very close going into the half and Nebraska just basically gave up in the second house.

"Code Switching" - OMFG I Want to Vomit. I love Coach Prime. I have spoken that there obviously needs to be more black head coaches. I certainly love Coach Freeman. Aside from Franklin, Freeman is the only other Black coaching a Top 10 Program...

But WTF is "Code Switching???" Leave it to the Media to make up new racist terms and categories. So since Coach Prime is loud and hangs with rappers he is MORE PREFERABLE than other Black Coaches including Freeman? So by analogy does this make Freeman not true to himself or a sell-out akin to an Uncle Tom? Reading this article is that the media wants the Coach Prime craze to be about woke type of racism and not really just being progressive, but racist.

Sorry for the Rant. Please read article if above interests you:

You’re on the path. Keep bird dogging it out drunk. It’s all a carnival anyway. Colorado hasn’t earned the enormous hype yet on regular merits.

I like Coach Prime and Colorado. Its the media's new interpretation of Coach Prime's success that I was making a point about.

I didn't read the article but "code switching" is not a new term; it's been around for a while. Basically, it's when a someone changes the way he normally speaks to present a different image of himself. Pandering politicians do it all the time. You have an upper-middle class suburban guy who went to an Ivy League college but when he's doing a stump speech in the deep south he starts saying "y'all" and tells "what my mamma done told me" stories.

Looking forward to Colorado losing today. Oregon is semi-fraudulent though so I hope they don’t blow it.

Sanders boy flexing his muscles after making an average play down 13 and the ducks driving is a dumb look. Then the ducks finish it off with 2 point conversion ahhhhh. Go ducks

It wasn’t an average play. That was an excellent hit. He shouldn’t celebrate down scores. The problem is his teammates are not doing proper tackling. Go Buffs.

Looking forward to Sanders and the buffs being put in their place today.
Lanning won't show any mercy if the 1st quarter is an example.
