Trump's trusted people work for/with the heritage foundation, quoted saying it's the playbook they're going to use to implement policies. Agenda 47 has direct overlap with project 2025 and Trump has been caught letting multiple times about his knowledge about it and whose behind it, but somehow it's a leap to tie them all together....

Do these FORMER staffers work for Trump, or do they work for their current employer The Heritage Foundation?

At least 1/3 of what is in Project 2025 isn't a part of Agenda 47 or it's directly conflicted with it.

Funny that you would use that .gif though. Project 2025 is the new "Russia, Russia, Russia!" You guys can't smell blatant scare tactics because you're gullible enough to believe whatever you're fed.

Let's get this straight....you think Donald Trump, of all people, is some ultra-conservative ideologue?

I believe Donald Trump is a habitual liar that does what's best for himself and is available for sale to the highest bidder.
You should be giving a sigh of relief then. There will always be more money pushing him away from the more extreme edges then, unless of course you believe that democrats, moderates, independents, libertarians, etc. are exceedingly poor/cheap.

I think they're not as organized and not on the same page when it comes to a vision and goals as the Christian conservatives are. I think everyone in politics are shady as hell and the Christian conservatives found someone who will bend to their will because he's an egomaniac and has no morals. There's only so much power a president has, but they've put people in position to push their agendas thru

And i want to be clear maybe project 2025 won't be the playbook but to completely dismiss people's concerns over it crazy to me, especially when there's so much overlap between policies, people and Trump lying about stuff directly related to the topic

When you write a document so large, there's going to be some ideas that are the same/similar. It doesn't mean they will all be verbatim and enacted with the same language.

I think we've already established this: Trumps lies, It's almost an act of treason. Harris and Walz lie, it's okay. They meant well.

If Walz had an R next to his name, all of this shit would be career ending. The best they have on Vance is making up a story about fucking a couch and a halloween costume

Not good Gov.

We could see the glow from St. Paul.

Fun fact(ish) something like 1/4 or 1/3 (I forgot the number) of the business that were burned, were black owned businesses. So they were protesting the killing of a black man, screaming BLM, while burning black businesses. Gotta love the logic.

Oh, and for those of us here in MN. Walz... LOL Remember, we are the state that elected Al Frankin and Jesse "the body" Ventura

If you're going to make tin foil hat claims, at least provide examples.

The 3 bucket approach for immunity when not zoomed in on Trump is not some created concept.
Have at it champ.

Below is an interview with the person who recorded Alito.

Reporter

“people in this country who believe in God have got to keep fighting for that – to return our country to a place of Godliness.”

Alito

“Well, I agree with you, I agree with you…One side or the other is going to win.”

Note the contrast between Alito’s response and the response from Roberts.

LGBTQ reps in my family as well, but I don't support a lot of the left wing progressive stances on it. I'm genuinely curious what "rhetoric" you're against coming from Repubs? Because if we're in the same boat as far as family being LGBTQ, then why are we seeing this issue from completely different lenses?
Gays are all pedos rhetoric has been and continues to be a mainstay in right wing circles.

John Kelly made a handful of claims about things Trump said that dozens of other members of the staff present said were patently false.

Tim Walz on video praises the great teacher Imam Asad Zaman who promotes antisemitism and a movie about how Hitler was actually good.

And you think these things are the same

Gays are all pedos rhetoric has been and continues to be a mainstay in right wing circles.

Are you suggesting that children are not being improperly exposed to sex, in general, via certain LGBT groups and events?

Are you suggesting that "all" right wing circles have an anti gay marriage stance? And "all" right wing voters think "gays are all pedos?"

Anything towards transgender people and their healthcare primarily. There's other stuff as well, there's a genuine fear after what the supreme Court did to roll back abortion protections that they could see the same thing happen with gay marriage.

Also a bunch of stuff in project 2025. And before anyone chimes in says that's not part of Trump's plan, there's too many people closely associated with him and his admin both past and future to not take it seriously. There used to be a saying about those your surround yourself with and associate with being how your judged, and for some reason we either forgot it or don't want to hold Trump to that standard, which is mind boggling.

Are you suggesting that children are not being improperly medicated or manipulated when it comes to gender dysphoria or other unrelated psychological trauma, thus resulting in a growing social contagion?

Whenever I discuss topics with people, friends, family who consider themselves Left, I feel the need to add the following disclaimer: I haven't voted for Trump. I voted for a Republican once in my life and it was a local election. I've been either a registered Dem or Ind my whole life, only recently in the last 8 years or so did I start voting for candidates from the Christian Democratic Party or American Solidarity Party. I am not, nor have I ever been, a far right, Bible thumping, MAGA loving, ultra Republican. I'm far more moderate on almost all issues.

With that said, when moderates (libertarian, dems, repubs, etc) start to see a massive radicalization within the LGBT community that targets children...that's when you see people get up in arms. This is happening, this is being studied, this is being condemned in other Western countries by medical associations and child psychologists. To act like this is just right wing prejudice and rhetoric is beyond naive and ignorant.

Most people in this country take on a "live and let live" or "to each their own" approach to life. Don't believe me? Step outside your echo chambers and go talk to someone you'd most likely disagree with, and you'll see that you're a lot more alike than you'd first think. But it requires an open mind, mutual respect, and genuine care to get to know why the other person feels/thinks the way they do.

Are these "Christian conservatives" in the room with you right now?

What is their will/agenda?

Do you know how many children have gone through gender affirming procedures? The actual number will shock you at how infrequent this actually happens, and if you were take a step back out of your own echo chamber you would see the results for what they are. Very minimal and not happening at any statistically significant rate.

If you are of the mindset that "1 is too many" then you need to be ok with accepting that some will take the message of "LGBT radicalization that targets children" as a massive issue and push hateful rhetoric that you, personally may not agree with, to those that are just trying to get by and didn't choose to be caught up in this culture war.

It's fine to be concerned with whatever issue you find personally important, but something that happens at trivial rates. The amount of kids on puberty blockers is at the same rate as malaria cases in the US per year. Is this worth alienating an entire group of people, that is a choice that needs to be made by those that want to take up this charge.

I've attached a study showing the numbers but no one wants to acknowledge it and look to see what the actually stats show. Kids just don't get put in puberty blockers and hormones immediately and their definitely not getting surgeries like people think.

Yep. It's brutal that actual well meaning people can get caught up in this because yeah "doctors are pushing pills onto kids" sounds really bad. But, if you actually look at the process and understand how it works you'll know that the last thing doctor's want is to end up on some Libs of Tiktok post that doxxes them or have some unhinged lunatic bomb their office like they've done with abortion clinics in the past.

Yup! It's a shame the amount of misinformation that's getting spread
