Trump campaign seems to be beginning with the counter attacks against Kamala, article on her husband having an affair + kid with a nanny dropped today.

Have to think there’s a lot of material on her they are sitting on. Everything on Trump is out in the public.

… most likely because you are lying to try to win an argument, dumb fuck.
Why do you always immediately resort to name calling when you're losing an argument or someone demonstrates that you're wrong?

You said that sort of rise in prices was the norm. It most certainly isn't. If you believe it is, then show us how often inflation has risen 21% in a four year span.

Ford and Carter, back to back administrations, each from a different political party, had higher annual inflation rates than Biden. The fact is that supply chain interruptions from Covid was the catalyst for inflation and those issues were exacerbated by massive price gouging that resulted in unprecedented profits for big oil, food manufacturers, grocery stores and a wide variety of other industries. Exxon alone made $55.7 billion in profit in 2022 two years after posting $22 billion loss — a $77 B swing — as you blamed Biden for unprecedented high fuel costs.

I’m assuming you are agreeing that Trump would take office and lower your mortgage rate like you and 2155 discuss at your Mensa meetings. 🙄

You know what Bishop. Fuck you and the disingenuous horse you road in on. Read what I responded to and if you aren’t going to say the same to the guy who called me an idiot and said I was full of shit, just stfu and try saying nothing for once in your life.

So 50 years ago. What you said then is demonstrably wrong. It's not the norm. It's a once or twice in a lifetime level of inflation.

I wasn’t talking about inflation. I was talking specifically about an individual’s mortgage costs going up annually, which is absolutely normal. You made the awkward shift to inflation because you never met an argument you didn’t want to be a part of. We were talking about property taxes based on increased valuations and you brought up gas and food prices. Go away.

I've never seen him do it before. You do it in every conversation as soon as you start losing. If you can't support your position or refute someone else's with facts, you immediately go to personal insults and name calling.

When he does it repeatedly, I will. In the meantime, I asked you a question. Why do you immediately begin cursing and getting mad and calling people names every time you start losing an argument or someone shows that you said something that's wrong? I'm genuinely curious as to why that's your go to response literally every time. It's a straightforward question. Not a fight, not trying to harass you. You didn't used to be like this. I'm just curious as to why you do it now.

At least people have stopped suggesting you "Go back to Bama." After 12 years on IE and 7,000 messages that would be a bit silly, if it wasn't already.

That was always my favorite and made me laugh! That was the go-to for a few people every time they'd find themselves on the wrong side of a debate. :D

All Trumps bullshit takes all that off the table/has made it less of an issue though. The guy acts like a moron and says moronic things constantly and that becomes the focus.

What a stupid line of attack. That’s practically wholesome compared to Trump.

I’m the only person in this discussion that offered any facts. I answered your questions and provided supporting graphs to support my arguments. You introduced a topic into an ongoing conversation that had almost nothing to do with the topic. And even though I provided data to support why you were misguided even with your irrelevant arguments and you just move on to another irrelevant point. Your brand of disingenuous obfuscation is quite frustrating and I decided a while back that I’m not going to entertain you and your silly bullshit anymore. Not to get in an argument or even to insult you, but I truly find you an exacerbatingly insincere little blowhard who pretends the moral high ground when you are so transparently taking sides with boys just so you can be part of the argument. If I said it once, I’ve said it 100 times. I don’t like you and have no desire to converse with you. It’s really that simple.

I suspect you really are as dumb as you sound so I’ll keep it simple for ya. The economy improved and the value of your house increased. The assessed value translates to higher tax rates. I’m sure you’ll be sure to praise Biden when you sell your house for double what you purchased it for (you won’t) in a few years. 🙄

The median cost for a house in the US climbed from $299k in 2020 to $412k today. On average, homeowners are paying real estate taxes on homes that have appreciated nearly $138% since Biden took office, almost perfectly reflecting the mortgage increase you claim. I don’t know what to tell ya, bro, the math is the math.

Those assessments will rise no matter who is president the next 4 years. But I’m full of shit, so by all means you you keep yelling at the shadows and I’ll roll my eyes at your lack of practical life experience and eagerness to point fingers at liberal boogie men whenever you don’t understand how the world works.
With regards to median house prices rising, it’s not the economy causing home values to rise. It’s the complete lack of supply due to the majority of homeowners having super low mortgage interest rates and thus not selling their homes in a high interest rate environment leading to insane demand (and a rise in housing prices) for the few homes that do hit the market.

Isn’t the housing market a pillar of the economy?

How are high interest rates leading to super low housing supply a function of a strong economy? Yes, home values going up are great for those of us who locked in sub-3% mortgages after the pandemic hit. It’s a nightmare for the thousands of young couples looking to get into the housing market and start building equity in their homes.

Note, the original point blaming Biden for mortgage payments increasing is laughable. But I’m just pointing out home values going up are not due to a strong economy. It’s just related to supply/demand being completely out of whack.

Right on cue. Trump started talking trash about Brian Kemp at a rally in Georgia. The guy’s an idiot.

They’re all idiots. I think everyone can agree on that.

Don’t over complicate. To me the only two topics I give a shit about is 1) my money, and 2) our safety. All the other nonsense I just don’t care.

Abortion for example - I could give two shits. If a woman wants to go kill her baby, then have at it. It’s not my fucking kid (let’s hope lol), so why would I care.

I’m not Republican or Democrat. I vote for the candidate who is going to put more $$$ into my account and will keep us safe. Letting millions of illegals into our country isn’t checking either box.

I think it generally undermines the lines of attack on Trump re: his sexual history, but ultimately nobody will be swayed. If this sways your vote, you shouldn't be legally allowed to vote lmao

I would love to get to discuss some of Kamala's policy positions on what she plans to do with the country. Maybe one day she will grace us with some details

We may never know. I can see her campaign being centered on two things. "Trump is bad" and "Today was tomorrow yesterday and yesterday today was tomorrow."
