As I said to my daughter the ND alum about 30 minutes ago,
"Championship teams find ways to win games like these instead of finding a way to lose them."
Not saying the team is Championship caliber yet but a game like this is the step in that direction.
As I said to her earlier in the day, "Love the D but watching Tommy is going to give me a stroke."
We saw today why we need to ride with EG if we are going to have an upside above where we were last year. Not dogging Tommy. He does his best but he can't get us to the next level. Just doesn't have the physical ability. He is a ND hero (minus one night in May) but he will never be an ND great.

Still gotta love 7-0. Go Irish!
