Good thing you can play just as clueless as you sound.
You randomly say meaningless stuff.

Thought about starting a thread for this article by itself, but didn't want the 17 posts of "Really, another political thread?" This may get lost here but I wanted to post it and get your reactions.
Yes its from National Review online, but even if you are a D, I ask that you at least peruse it.
Some excerpts for those that won't click:
You randomly say meaningless stuff.
You're dodging the issue because of how dumb you look in calling me a fear-mongering Republican three months ago on obamacare. You said alllll I was capable of was speculation, just guessing on what other people think might happen, that this was the right thing to do...and somewhere in there I was probably called racist, too, for opposing obamacare from Day 1.
1) Conservatives predicted this would hurt businesses and job creation. Listen to what CEO's and small businesses are saying, not Jay Carney. It has.
2) Conservatives predicted people would lose their health insurance because of this. It happened.
3) Conservatives said the costs would sky rocket like crazy. They have, even more than usual. And in some cases, they doubled. Now we're hearing "you can keep your doctor, if you're willing to pay for it."
4) Conservatives KNEW this disaster would create a doctor shortage. It's still too soon because this thing isn't fully in effect yet, but it will. Basic math tells us this is unavoidable. 70% of doctors polled in CA already admit they won't comply. And our imperial president can do nothing about that.
All this was true even before the botched rollout/ website mess that made the White House look more incompetent. And as we sit here today and you deny, downplay, play cute and silly with all this, you look even dumber than the White House.
We're in the very beginning stages of a very long process. Nobody is sure of the outcome and won't be for quite some time. Stop being a puppet. You're attempting to claim vindication on something that is just getting started and the outcome hasn't been determined yet......who looks dumb? LOL
And you still haven't taken one point and proved me wrong. We're in the very beginning of a big $hitshow. Job creation will not improve because of ACA, costs will not go down because of ACA, and ACA sure as hell isn't going to solve the doctort shortage problem. This wasn't Republican fear-mongering. It was reality knocking at the door.
For one more year, people were "allowed" to keep their health care plan. November 2014 will be a repeat of November 2013, but with mid term elections. Nice.
What's this crap about a puppet? All you do is regurgitate crap from the White House, while others and I sit here, roll our eyes at your blind following of it, and correct you. You can deny, delay, poke fun all you want. ACA will fail and it won't be because of Republicans. ACA fails without the young, healthy people and they want no part of it. And Obama cannot force doctors to comply.
Jesus Christ alright already! Are you a woman or are you just good at needling like one? Your opinion is here in writing for all to see, so someday we can come back to see who was wrong or right. Let it go dude......or dudette. Move on for awhile, there's a long way to go on this.

That’s me every time I go to the grocery store, just about everyone around me has two carts filled to the brim while I am lucky to afford 50 bucks worth… and I’m the only one paying cash…

Budget deal cuts benefits to some vets: Heartless or painless? - CSMonitor.com
The only thing more disgusting than all the Sentate Dems who voted for this is the few Republicans who did. John McCain, please retire now. You're an embarrassment.

This does suck, but what I find more appalling is the lack of veterans that serve as our representation. I'm not exactly sure why that is, but I would like to see a major push from our veteran organizations to make a sweeping change.
There were more than a few Republicans who voted for it in the Senate. The vote wasn't really even close at 64-36. Looks like probably something like 20 percent or more of them voted "yea". Also, it passed in the House, where the GOP has a majority, by a vote of 332-94. While I'm all for kicking as many republicans out of both houses of Congress as possible, the GOP would have been foolish not to pass this budget and risking another government shutdown. The last one didn't work out so well for them.
I don't know the numbers, but there are a fair amount of Congressional vets, from both sides of the aisle. I think the problem is that these guys don't rely on same safety net that regular vets and retired military do (e.g. veteran benefits, VA hospital treatment). As with so many other issues, the former military Congressmen eventually get too out of touch with the issue.
I guess we'll disagree on what a fair amount is. There's only 20% of congress who served right now.

Sooo you despise the Republicans for passing it but giving a pass to the Dems?
And I disagree. The last shutdown was because of obamacare, a battle that could not be won. I supported Cruz for his principle, though. If true conservatives came out and said, "We will not sign this because it takes benefits away from our veterans", the shutdown would've been on the Dems this time.
"This is the best we could do" doesn't friggin cut it when we're talking about benefits for our veterans. Disgusting.
