Did their bring their clubs and sticks this year or are they being "peaceful"???
Not sure but I heard Eric Holder won't let it go there......

Black Panthers back at the polling places in Philly. Those damn racist Republicans!!

You guys really will believe anything, won't you? You make it way too easy for them.
Is it still a law that you can't buy booze until after 6pm on election day in Indiana? I remember thinking that was about the stupidest law ever. Like you couldn't buy it the day before? Whats it say about how lawmakers feel about voters? Voters are a bunch of stupid drunks and they'll screw up the vote?
I voted for Bush II because he was a guy I could see myself drinking a beer with
So the Black Panthers aren't at polling places?
Um, the hysterical FOXNews story says that there is exactly ONE black panther at a polling place, working as a poll watcher. And my guess is that that gentleman is no more partisan, racist or likely to intimidate voters than the "Free the Vote" poll watchers. Given the transparent and shameful effort to intimidate minorities from voting in FL, OH and PA, I'm glad this dude is out there counteracting it.
But to say the "Black Panthers" are at polling places implies that a gang is out there scaring people away, and it is a little disengenuous because that clearly isn't what is happening.

LOL at poll watcher. Anyone want to buy a bridge?

I know you're not ignorant or naive so please stop acting like it. You can't honestly believe that even one person who is associated with such a radical organization isn't intimidating. Four years ago one of them stood outside with a baton. Please give me a good reason for that. SO FAR this year there is one man who, while not brandishing a weapon, is there solely for intimidation purposes. You can back the President and the Democratic Party but why do you feel the need to back an organization founded on hate?

Philly is a joke - 83% Obama in 2008. I am curious to see what the turnout there is like relative to last time around.
The photo in this one is more embarrassing than the voter intimidation guy from 2008 being a poll watcher in 2012.
Funny business in Philly: GOP officials booted, Black Panthers return -- and Obama at polling site? | Fox News
I'm sure some of you will argue Fox photo shopped the picture or something.
The republican party in multiple states has tried to systematically keep minorities away from the polls this year. It is funny that a big deal is being made of this single guy from an almost extinct organization when the GOP in these states has acted so excessively during this election for months.

Voter ID laws suppress vote fraud, which suppresses Democrats who like to vote early and often. So yes, it does "disenfranchise" relative to what they are use to getting away with.

There are so few cases of voter fraud in this country that you and I could count them on our hands over the past decade. If you think that there are millions of Dems going to the polls multiple times to vote, your hat is too tight.
Personally, I've voted several times today.

I've had a hard time understanding the Liberal issue with things like voter ID's and drug testing for government assistance. If a Liberal would explain this to me I'd appreciate it. BTW - thanks for the link, Jayhawk.
