Again, did George Floyd deserve to die? Really simple concept with that one.
Also, this wasn't Rittenhouse's "community." Kid shouldn't have been there, even if he was acting in self defense when it was all said and done.
I thought the whole question around Floyd wasn't about whether or not he deserved to die, but rather the role of the chemicals he introduced to his body or the technique used by the officer? Don't recall the 'he deserved to die' movement.
If we're going to play woulda, coulda, shoulda- The community shouldn't have been allowed to burn. Neighborhoods shouldn't have been surrendered. Police should have been near the Car Source, not down the road. Had the community been under control, they wouldn't have had people out there to protect it.
Is it wise to put a 17-year-old armed in this mess? Hell no.
However, when the state or city loses control of an area like we've seen in several cities during the BLM riots, Ferguson, w/e, - the people have a right to defend themselves. It's not their obligation to take their beating like a man.
I'm team rooftop Korean.
The idea presented by the ADA Kraus that Kyle should have fought him and potentially ended up like the other Rosenbaum victims is absurd to me.
