This is just getting ridiculous. Someone looking for some publicity?

The comments are out of control, too. Someone even trying to drag Notre Dame into it by bringing up the rape/suicide case...

What is this lady trying to say? Translator please.

I agree but coaches are pretty loyal in the brotherhood.

Tiller is another guy from Toledo. I'm just sayin'.

This woman is talking about Noter Dane, not Notre Dame.

When she sobers, tell her there was no rape.

Agree 100%. I don't see this going to court. Penn St. will settle and that will probably be the end of it.

You are an atty correct? Don't you see eveyone jumping on and filing now, and how does PSU being at legal war with their insurance underwriter(s) affect this all?

No, I'm, not an attorney. I just play one on TV. JK.

IMO, Penn St. doesn't want to drag this on. They want to get things settled down. I believe they'll do anything to not let the lawsuits go through the courts.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (CBS Cleveland/AP) — Don’t expect Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline” to be played during Penn State football games anytime soon.

According to the Altoona Mirror, the school decided not to play the fan favorite during games this year due to the Jerry Sandusky scandal.

The paper reports that university officials felt that the “touching you, touching me” lyrics would be inappropriate to sing at this time.

There is no word yet on if the ban will continue on in the future.

Sandusky was convicted in June of 45 counts of sexual abuse of 10 boys and awaits sentencing. He has maintained his innocence.

Wow, that list is gonna get long (or that that word banned too by association).

Must be a couple thousand songs with touching.

No Allstate "Good Hands" commericals.

No ATT, "Reach out and touch someone".

Comes a time (sorry, that one was unintentional but shows the problem) that PSU has to remember that millions in the PSU family (ok, penn state hater a couple hundred thousand) weren't involved in the scandal.

Punish the guilty, those that could have done something but didn't.

So I guess "Loving Touching Squeezing" and "I Touch Myself" won't be heard in State College any time soon. Bummer.
