I can see how being a hooker might put stress on a marriage.

I guess I fail to see what the problem is. By all accounts they were financially ok. Sure, she says 'depression', because people are trying to humiliate and embarass her now. But so what? She must have liked the work if there was little financial motivation. I say live and let live.

With the kind of athletic shape she's in, it gives a whole new meaning to " I love you longtime", but at 600 an hour, I'd just ask for a half hour.

She was married and had a child and became a prostitute because she was sad. Do you really fail to see a problem with that?

$600/hr? That's crazy .... I'll take my chances on the little cards they flick at people on the strip.

Favor Hamilton told the website that only her husband was aware of her escort work, but that, "He tried, he tried to get me to stop. He wasn't supportive of this at all."

Geez, what an unsupportive jerk

Don't kid yourself BobD... all I need is 15 minutes. That might be worth the $150.

I know this is a ND football forum, and I have myself endulged in the humor of certain "touchy subjects", but depression is for real guys. In my line of work, I see it everyday. Society would lead you to believe that there are only 9 overlying types of depression, but I can tell you, it spans much farther than that. Depression, in its many ways, can make a normally logical human being commit acts that most people would deem inconsiderable.

As someone who is trained in behavioral health, I really hope she finds help.

Yeah, again, the story i've heard is that she didn't hide it from the husband, and he tried talking her out of it. If he didn't like it, he could have left her. So what that they had a kid? Still failing to see the problem. Society wants to shun her for a chosen line of work because it doesn't like the line of work involved. THAT is the problem.
