If the lateral motion is continual, it isn’t a false start. Same as jet motion. If he stops and tries to set, then he has to be set for a count.

Its not that he didnt stop, its that he changed direction forward before the snap.

I went back and watched it on Youtube. The entire left side of the OL moved before the center snapped the ball.
