IDK. Skow looked pretty damn good last week. And while I love Javon, he's anemic in terms of separation downfield, and doesn't have the speed/hops/height to be a consistent ball snatcher like Claypool. Not saying a better Book can't make Javon more productive, but it is what it is, and we saw how Book looks with Skow.

The depth chart shows Wilkins at both boundary and slot. Wouldn't mind seeing him at either TBH if JJ is Field. I'd really like to see Watts at some point too. Wouldn't mind see Micha in some RZ sets with Skow and Mayer too.

I'm perfectly OK with a lot of 2 TE sets. Mayer needs to be on the field as much as possible.

He did look great but I never trust pulled hamstrings. All it takes is one little tweak and he’s gone. He’s already missed two games.

Honestly if he's still gimpy, I'd love him to rest for next week lol....
I'm just not sure he's gimpy. Moved extremely well, but you never know.

Anything below the waist takes time to heal... usually, much longer too and - easier to re-injure even without taking a hit

Sounds crazy/dumb/stupid - but, I would rather the Irish tough out a win than lose him for another month or rest of the year

Yup. Had a hammy before. Took me a while, but once I was good, I was good.

Ain't nothing like a groin injury....

Running the sidelines during a punt and 'muff' happened on a short punt... my cleats didn't catch and I did the 'splits'... couldn't walk for a week... then after the week, was very 'gingerly' walking for a month.... did stretches and exercises for a month and was still weary... but it healed after all that 11-12 weeks.

I've broken an ankle, collarbone and wrist... none of those compared to the groin-pull

Twice for me. Once FB, the other racquet ball. Both were minor I think as I was good after 5-6 weeks.

2x collarbone, 2x arm (one compound), and ankle as well. My ankle was worse though. Didn't help I went island hopping in Central America drunk most of the time in a walking boot when I was supposed to be on crutches. It was fun... Every morning was pain until the Bloody Mary or Rum and Coke kicked in. The boot was great for sympathy at the beach and pool...

I did the Tequila shots and Hydrocodone the first two weeks....

Figured out I was married for six years after that....

I normally try to go to GT once a year at least (not this year lol), and always love the Thursday night games downtown. 5ish years ago, went to the FSU game (FSU was ranked and undefeated). Had front row seats and a great view of the girls... GT might be home to a bunch of nerd boys, but damn their cheerleaders were nice.

We were surrounded by FSU fans that overtook the stadium, only to see FSU get upset. Nice! Hope they don't do the same today.

Also have pics of me and my crew with GT cheerleaders at the ND campus last time they visited.

Anyone else looking forward to old man Golic covering the game today? Still can't believe they pushed him out from programming. He was the only guy/show I could stomach at ESPN.

Ian's best pass of the year.
If he can start throwing to the open spot and let the receivers come to the ball, watch out America

7/7 and a TD.
Can't ask for more.

Hope he's starting to peak like he did later last year. We need that going into next week.
