Just found out I'm going to a mandatory conference for work in San Francisco on that weekend. Please, PLEASE let it be a night game. We follow this team/sport all year, and we only have 12 (+1) games a year, and so I hate to miss ANY game, even if it's like Western Michigan, much less lil' Fredo (BC). C'mon ABC, you gave us a night game 2 yrs ago at BC, hook me up again!

We have a better chance, now that their top wide receiver is down. At least they don't have Rich Gunnell this year. We made that guy look like Jerry Rice.

Side note, does anyone else feel that things are just paving the way for us to have a great season. u$c and all their problems, mich self destructing and player getting hurt, transfer … and now this with BC. BC football took yet another blow to their ACC championship hopes today.
The team’s starting wide receiver, Colin Larmond Jr. is going to require surgery after suffering a season-ending knee injury over the weekend, the school confirmed on Monday.
The injury apparently took place during an inter-squad scrimmage on Saturday afternoon. The early word is that there is some serious ligament damage, but there has been no indication whether it is an ACL, MCL or PCL tear.

This is a big hit to BC's passing game. They have other receivers but was the most productive returning receiver with Gunnell gone. Last year against ND Gunnell had 10 catches for 179 yards (17.9 ypc) and Larmond had 3 catches for 61 yards (20.3 ypc).

Larmond averaged 20.6 ypc for the season and was the #3 TD scorer (5) behind Harris (15) and Gunnell (8). BC's next most productive receiver returning is TE Panale who caught 25 passes for 8.9 ypc but only 1 TD.

Just watched the press conference and I must say that Kelly has a calming affect. He seems to know exactly where he is going and like all things are on course. The winning starts with BC and then Pitt is an obvious win, since I will be there.
