Saturday was the first time I've ever seen the Irish in person. From Boston, I started rooting for ND back in 1993 (I think it was 93) when BC hit a FG to win the game. My family was big on BC back in those times - and I couldn't help but want the Irish to win.

Since then, I've been watching games for the last 17 years - mind you I'm only 24 years old. But Saturday was the first time I got to see them in person. My girlfriend surprised me at 645 pm with 2 endzone seats for the game. We hustled in and missed kickoff but were there for Crist's run early. This game ranks up there with some other memorable ones I've been to - most notably the Winter Classic at Fenway.

There were tons of ND fans there - and it was an absolute blast. It's been a long time coming - and I'm so very glad I can be a fan of this team.
