Of course he's from Georgia. It's apparently in their blood to drive 145 mph at all times.

130mph according to a visual estimate. That actually might be admissible in court.

Cantwell did not start the game, entered in 2Q at RG.

Slightly positive development for our matchup. The idea he would step foot on campus as a franchise LT seems premature

Mensah just jumped to Heisman favorite over Carr. I know it's Week 1...but ND will change that Nov 7, cause fuck 'em.

They haven’t needed it, but Miami is averaging 3.1ypc.
Worthy note. You throw for a gazillion yards and the ball barely hits the turf and you still can’t run the ball against Stanford… like you said they didn’t need it, they may not need it for 11/12 games but they will need it eventually.

It didn’t watch much of the game but the little bit I did watch was good. Are they an outstanding team not sure yet. Stanford isn’t great. We’ll have to keep our eyes on the canes. That has potential to be a huge game.

They are definitely an outstanding team. Mensah and Toney are going to be a problem for any team. Sure it’s Stanford but arguably we don’t much about Stanford.

The question marks going into the season are still valid question marks. They ran for 3.1 ypc. Running game was meh. But in all seriousness they can win 11 games with just Mensah and Toney on offense.

Their D… I actually thought Davis Warren didn’t look awful but still put up only 6 pts. Running game they really didn’t even try. If Stanford WRs were a little better they might have scored a few times.

They are good… how good… don’t know. They will make the playoff. Their only loss will be at Notre Dame.

Miami is going to be tough but a few things I noticed last night.
1. Mensah can't run at all.
2. Their OL is no where close to what it was last year.
3. Their running backs looked average at best.
4. Stanford had some good plays throwing on them

With the schedule Miami plays, if they don't win 11 games, something's wrong. The only other game that might be justifiably tough is @Clemson, but TBD on that one.

Warren looked sharp early on but receivers dropped everything. Stanford was down like 4 offensive starters too

Their RBs that are all back from last year? Mark Fletcher would be RB1 here easily

He's become more and more insane as he gets further away from his "glory" and ability to function himself in any productive way.

Kind of sad, really.

He's not stabbing teammates in the neck with scissors or getting arrested for cocaine possession so I'd say this is him at his best behaved

The lethal combination of CTE, social media echo chambers, and cocaine really have him convinced he’s still “the man”, but in reality just a laughing stock. “Laughing at” not “laughing with” at that.
