NBC should hire him. He just lost his job, and he‘s better than JacTough to pick on that Pac 12 Network crew when the PBP guy is a Domer, and they showed his grandkids saying Go Irish during the game.

Pretty sure that’s AlLet’s get a fucking LB coach then.
Don’t disagree but they need to be coached better… shouldn’t take 5 years to start playing wellFor everyone who wants the young linebackers to play over the Senior LBs…
Go watch that 4th Q and how many run fits they missed, missed tackles, hell, the snap hit the ground three times & the LBs didn’t pounce.
Bowen missed multiple tackles.
Sneed ran himself out of multiple run plays.
Stanford had in scrubs & ND’s backups let them march down the field twice.

Yeah Freeman should have made sure these guys were upperclassmen by now. That’s on him and the staff.Don’t disagree but they need to be coached better… shouldn’t take 5 years to start pLaying well
Yeah no sophomores in the country playing well, different at nd, need to be an upperclassman… why benmo had a bad gameYeah Freeman should have made sure these guys were upperclassmen by now. That’s on him and the staff.
Wow this is easy.
And Max Bullough as the GAPretty sure that’s Al
PacerStanford covers. Humble brag.
Ted Robinson's a good guy. He's done all kinds of stuff over the years including being the Twins & A's tv guy. I first learned about him when he called our game vs Ole Miss in the tourney when Bryce hit The Shot.
Why are you a fan? They only bring you misery. Are you a masochist?Hard to watch The Game, then the Iron Bowl, and flip over to our super exciting, heated rival against the 500 fan Cardinal.
ND football is in no man's land in about every facet.
I don’t know if you guys discussed it during the game, but watch the Bitch move by #42 on Stanford during the FG TD return.
At the 8:45 mark of this video.
Just runs up & shoves Morrison in the back after the TD for no reason.
Bitch move.
It's only due to Captain jack that we haven't joined some shit conference AND that we still recruit nationally. If you want to be taken seriously - like a legit Top 15 Program - you need exposure. Out last game of the season is only on a PAC 12 cable package? Fucking stupid. Another success by Savvy Jackass. We are not ready for prime time.

Not at all rebutting your point. But almost every play Sneed was having his jersey pulled to a comical level. It looked like stanford was literally trying to rip his clothes off instead of block him.For everyone who wants the young linebackers to play over the Senior LBs…

We play SC/Stanford on alternating mid season and last game of the year. Since 1998.
Specifically, we play in Cali twice a year, we hit NC and Florida/Texas as much as we can. Our Schedule rotates around recruiting. And THAT is all about Swarbrick. The man who modernized Notre Dame football.
Michigan has signed more California kids in the past 5 years than ND. It's a total myth Independce is helpful in national recruiting, let alone west coast. They don't ever play in Cali. When ND joins a conference, it will continue to recruit nationally. Teams like ND and Stanford have to. Plus it's nothing novel anymore, UGA, Bama, OSU have learned the secret of not relying solely on regional players.
Also, was there an alternate point you were trying to make about playing in CA every year? You put they play 2x a year which isn't the case but it's easy to mix up thoughts when posting. Just curious.
How many guys with actionable offers did we actually have from Oregon or The Beehive State? I think you’re cherry-picking data to fit your narrative, which would be totally on brand.Michigan has signed more California kids in the past 5 years than ND. Same is true when you expand to states of Washington/Oregon/Arizona/Colorado/Utah - Michigan has signed more.
I'm using the most direct indicator of value returned from recruiting - players signed. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Sneed transfer out. Seems to be the odd man out at LB and while his athleticism is unquestionable he lacks eye discipline. As much as folks love to bag on Kiser & Bertrand, they are about as savvy a LB as you would want. I hope Kiser comes back for one more year. Bertrand will make an NFL roster. Marist is frustrating b/c he tackles like shit & is out of position a lot. He was fine last night but that’s his MO….up & down. Not at all rebutting your point. How can we sign players from a state when we didn’t offer any players from a state? Your argument is rooted in bad data—but why should that surprise anyone?I'm using the most direct indicator of value returned from recruiting - players signed. but it's irrelevant because results are what matters, so I'm not interested in that.
Besides, if we offered fewer, makes it an even dumber argument to play in cali for recruiting.
The Conference is over. It's all about how they dissolve itWith everyone leaving, can the Pac12 still call themselves the conference of champions next year?
You don't even *know* if we offered fewer 1) CA players and 2) West coast players over those 5 years than Michigan. You're just inventing a goal post with a "what if".How can we sign players from a state when we didn’t offer any players from a state? Failed logic. Just because MI signs guys from out west doesn't mean Independence isn't helpful in recruiting.Michigan has signed more California kids in the past 5 years than ND. It's a total myth Independce is helpful in national recruiting, let alone west coast. They don't ever play in Cali.

Sneed is a sophomore.Sneed is a true freshman who got lots of playing time…why would he transfer out
Notre Dame has always classified players by their academic years.Sneed is a RS Fr to be exact.
