Shit. Gonna be a loooong tailgate day for me.
It must’ve been really hard to know who’s on your team since the jerseys look so much alike with no color. Like, is this guy going to block for me or is he trying to stop me
Thank God humans evolved color vision in the 50s!It must’ve been really hard to know who’s on your team since the jerseys look so much alike with no color. Like, is this guy going to block for me or is he trying to stop me
Tailgating in the Bronx? I will pray for your safety.Shit. Gonna be a loooong tailgate day for me.
Is that OMM I see?
FIFY100th anniversity. Great idea guys. All the folks who were alive for the first one will want to return. University will provide transportation, wheel chairs, walkers and canes.
That’s a little early for him as well. LolIs that OMM I see?
Nah bro there’s a couple of great tailgate lots on the river underneath the major deegan. Or I can just join one of the cookouts out in front of a Dominican barbershop in a tenement building.Tailgating in the Bronx? I will pray for your safety.
As frustrating as the Pitt game was, it was a lot of fun seeing the comeback. Remember when they played the Rudy theme in the stadium right before the turnaround? That Tennessee game was absolutely hilarious, so many huge plays. Zbikowski went off with both a Punt Return and an INT return for TDs, and nearly had another Punt Return for a TD. Favorite game I ever saw him play in, he was just an unstoppable force. Hammond actually had some great calls in the booth for this game.I don't think I'm allowed at any more games. I was there for the skunkbear blowout in 2006. Also, the three overtime game vs Pitt in 2012. Most recently I was at the Marshall disaster. I drive from Canada for it. They did beat Tennessee in 2005 when I was there.

Fun fact, Jim Bob Cooter mentioned in the video on the Tennessee sideline is now 40 and is the OC for the Colts. Time is flying. I always felt like this was the beginning of the end for Phillip Fulmer in Tennessee, getting skunked twice by ND. He only coached a few more years after this.
Yup. The Oldie videos were just before the days of Youtube, I don't even remember how I found them back in the day. He put out some great stuff.I was at that game. It was electric. Bookstore was a sea of orange afterwards with Vol fans buying everything.
I miss that dude and his videos.

Damn. I was there for the Bush Push and the BC upset of '93, but you may have me beat. I've seen a lot of great games that I feel like tip the scales. I've been there for every Michigan home win except the last one in 2018, only saw one loss to the Skunkbears and it was the odd 2010 game in BK's first year when Crist got knocked out for half the game and Nate Montana came in. Was there for 2015 USC, 2013 Michigan State upset win, 2006 UCLA comeback, 2005 Tennessee, 2012 Pitt comeback.Makes two of us.
I saw Willingham's last home game (loss to Pitt), the Bush Push and Navy 2007 when the streak ended. All before I was 30 years of age.

I’ve never been to a game they lost, almost every game I’ve been to has been against bottom feeders. Mainly because I’m a tight ass and look for the cheapest way into notre dame stadium. I would love to go to a top 5 matchup night game one day though
I thought I played it safe choosing the Marshall game. Boy was I wrong. Lucky I had 8 Coronas tailgating. And I sat beside an insufferable Marshall fan who just yelled stuff to piss people off. But the Bush push...that's next level shitty. I was miserable for 2 days after that game.Makes two of us.

My colleague went to Notre Dame and was a student at the Bush Push game. She's not a big sports fan but it sounds like a part of her died that day lolI thought I played it safe choosing the Marshall game. Boy was I wrong. Lucky I had 8 Coronas tailgating. Congrats. What an honor. My stepson joined the long gray line today at West Point at ‘R’ day. Such an amazing place and so historic. As they take the kids to the buses from auditorium they give you 90 seconds to say goodbye. When my turn arrived I gave him a big hug and whispered quietly, “Go Irish!!!”
And you're still a fan??Makes two of us.
