Leonard is going to win quite a few games at ND next year. And, they'll be times he looks really good doing it. I'll remain skeptical that he can do it against elite competition until he actually does. But, who can't watch some highlights and get excited. It's the offseason.
The difference for '24 could be that if there are games well into the season where Leonard struggles, maybe Carr or one of the other two QBs get a shot, maybe it's even Carr becoming the fully-dominant QB #1 early in his ND career a la Trevor Lawrence fully taking over from Kelly Bryant 4-5 games into his first year at Clemson in 2018. We have options!

The offense is going to be so challenged in week 1. Will be playing a playoff level defense.

This will be year 3 (pay day) of the alleged greatest recruiting class in history. Yes, some have transferred just like at every other school

It'll be fine. Surely Parker will have figured it out by then.

Just wild to me that a kid with legitimate NFL upside is trusting us with his final year of eligibility. Many schools would have given him a giant bag of money. Kid chose ND.

Sam must have had great things to say despite his up and down year.

Someone explain to me like I’m 5 why this guy is a good pick up.

My only sample is the game against him from this year and gamelogs, which both looked pretty pedestrian.

Agreed. Dude looked cooked since the GT game. Body language was horrible, and had 11 interceptions in a 5-game span.

I watched this guy A LOT this year and last. No thank you.
TBH Riley hasn't looked good since the Wake game in the Finale last year!
