Being a private institution, Northwestern doesn't have to disclose the Hickey Report if they choose not to. Penn State is a state school and there are different laws. If Northwestern is looking for better PR, transparency and wants to restore trust they need to be more open to the public. They teach this in their journalism, business and law schools.

it's been a week and we have not seen anyone in public behind a microphone. The Hickey Report has not been released. They're making themselves look more and more guilty by the day.

Nope, looks like mostly mid tier P5 programs and academic schools like BC, Duke, and Vandy. Offers from all the tier 2 BIG schools.

Judging the pulse of this board, I don't know that snagging a guy like this from the portal would generate a great deal of excitement. These are the exact kinds of 2024 offers that have been going out most recently that have gotten a lot of dudes here really bent out of shape. Different circumstances as he just signed a letter in December and has yet to play a college down, but if he'd signed with ND in December instead of Northwestern as part of the 2023 class, he's not pumping a lot of nads around here is he?
