Not a tremendous hockey fan but this Dallas - St. Louis game is off the chain.

It's good to see hockey continue succeed south of the Mason/Dixon line, where there isn't a huge youth/high school/college hockey presence compared to other parts of the U.S. and Canada (of course, the UAH Chargers are an exception!)

Reminds me of 96 when I was sure my Pens were over the hump facing some lil team from Florida in the conf finals.... I was never so sure my pens would win....

Then it started raining rats (literally raining fvkin fats) and Beeser became a stone wall and the rest is history... Dark, dark history, still my most memorable pens loss.... Hopefully they don't repeat history

Glad for Ian Cole and Bryan Rust (although Cole did not himself in ND glory on that last delay of game penalty).

The Caps will get there eventually. Just got to keep fighting. It takes most great teams years of disappointment before they win it all.

I'm not a Caps fan, but I used to live in DC and so I have many friends who are. I'm a Cleveland fan, like you, and so I have to tell myself this to make it through the day.

A team who has made a living choking in the playoffs beat another team with the same pedigree. Color me shocked. No bitterness, very happy for the Sharks.

I'm hoping that Tampa takes game 6 tomorrow. I'd be okay with the Bolts or the Chompees winning the cup this year. At least it isn't St Louis, LA or Detroit, and I'm not too keen on Crosby either.

Man they've had SO MANY near goals and Tampa has really only had a couple chances... Not liking the way this one is going feels like a soccer game where one team just can't find the net and pays the price in the end.
