What a play by jagr. Dude has some serious strength. Malkin, for as well as he played in OT can't let that happen, pocket picked in the neutral, lights out.

Hopefully the Hawks pick up the win tonight and we move closer to a Bos-Chi series.

Game 4 is just as big for the Kings as game 3 was. Really don't see the Hawks struggling without Ketih, they are just too solid on D to let that bother them. I have a feeling tonights game is going to be another low scoring slugfest.

GO KINGS!

Quick kind of gave up a bad one there. I'm liking the activity level of the Blackhawks so far.

Sigh

Not the type of easy goal you want to give up.

Crawford has been great but if I do have a complaint it is that he gives up too many rebounds at times.

Bickell is about to get paid. I'm going to miss him and his world class teeth.

Bickell and voynov are about to cash in after these playoffs, I'd like to see the flyers to take a look at voynov, but at the right price.. I don't wanna see them go 5+ mill for him through an offer sheet and pay him that much with compensation.. I see voynov in the 3.5- 4.5 mill range.

I tell you what tho, the hawks can develop who they drafts that's for sure, to the point where these guys play outside what the hawks can afford to pay them (versteeg, Campbell, big buff)

In Elliotte Friedman's 30 Thoughts, he said something like hide your restricted free agent defenseman from the Flyers

I would love to see them offer sheet pietrangelo but STL won't let that happen, shattenkirk would be more realistic but I believe STL has plenty of cap to match anything the flyers would send their way.

Idk. I can kinda see Homer swinging for the fences.

Wouldn't be suprised at all.

But I think the blues would match even a Shea weber like offer sheet for pietrangelo, that would leave with shattenkirk, who should be lookin at a 5-6 mill, what I'm afraid is homer panics and offers shattenkirk top Dman money for 7-8 years at 7.5mill or so..

Looking back when we offered weber that giant offer sheet last year, why didn't we try the same for stammer the year before, we were rumored to possibly do it but homer shot them down at the time of this, I know d is a concern. But for what stammer ended up signing for had we offered stamkos the offer sheet we sent weber...

I think Tampa woulda matched Stamkos. I kinda feel like they maybe talked trade but who knows. It just sucks the Flyers have the 11th pick this year, it's sorta no mans land. I wish they had top 3 or even top 5.

Just a hunch but i don't think the Flyers pick at 11.

If shinkaruk falls to them at 11 ill be more then happy. I Also like pulock out of Brandon, I think he could be a steal, alot of people think he'd be going much higher in the first round if it wasnt for his recent injury history.

Solid point, but the Hawks didn't draft Campbell or Steeger.
You can substitute about five names for them though.

B's need to close it out tonight. Don't give the Pens any chances for momentum.

Hjalmarsson, Crawford, Kane, Toews, Bickell, Keith, Seabrook, Kruger, Shaw...

On a related note, like Steel said above, Bicks is definitely playing the Buff 2.0 role this year. It's not only his scoring, but it's his play at the net, his affinity for clutch goals, and his versatility (at least in terms of where he fits on the lines) that has really resembled Byfuglien's performance in the 2010 playoffs. And he's gonna get paid like him too. Hopefully the Hawks can buy out Montador and use the money to keep him.

As long as ACamp doesn't change his avatar the Bruins should be in good shape, ever since he changed it the Penguins have not been the same.

Pretty happy the Hawks are on the brink of taking this series. Can't stand LA (especially after they beat my beloved Devils last year).

Although even though I want to hate Quick, I think he'll be key for the US next year. Unless they start Miller.

Quick will be in goal for the USA next, he has to be.

Just for fun, my 2014 roster:

Parise-Stastny-Kane
Ryan-Pavelski-Kessel
VanRiemsdyk-Kesler (A)-Brown
Pacioretty-Backes (A)-Callahan (C)
Galchenyuk

There are just too many good d-men, had a hard time narrowing it down.
Suter-Yandle
McDonagh-Carlson
J. Johnson-Orpik
Fowler
E.Johnson

Quick
Miller
Anderson

On a side note, how did you get so many Vbucks?? I can barely afford a logo on my profile haha
