I thought their defense would play much better against PIT than they did.

I think they’ve got a legit shot at slowing Brady down. The question is if they can keep the run game going... if Bortles has to throw consistently to win the game, idk if he can repeat the performance he just had.

As a Pats fan, I was pulling for Steelers since the Jags are a nightmare matchup. Pretty much the only teams that beat the Pats in the playoffs are teams that can run man-to-man all game confidently with physical corners, can get pressure on Brady with 4 guys, and have a strong run game while avoiding turnovers. The Steelers don’t really have the personnel of those Giants teams or the Rex Ryan Jets, the Ravens, or the Broncos with their suffocating D. The Jags do despite being young and having Bortles. Ultimately, I think the Pats run game is better this year than in those seasons they lost in the playoffs, and Bortles just isn’t good enough. But we’ll see. I could see a 17-10 boring slow game for sure.
