Sorry if there is a thread for this anywhere, I didn't see one and can delete this if need be.

But how about those playoff games this weekend? Arguably the best first round games I can remember. Crazy also how close the AFC West is to having 3 of the final 4 AFC teams left in the playoffs.

Who does everyone have next week? I'm boring with my picks but I like New England, Denver, Seattle, and San Fran, although I really do think that the Saints are going to keep it very close this time in Seattle. Been calling Pats-Niners in the Super Bowl all year and I'm sticking to it.

I think unless you're a fan of one of the other teams left in the playoffs, a majority of the country would be thrilled with New England at Denver and San Fran at Seattle to decide who goes to the Super Bowl. Pretty much the top four teams all year long.

I wouldn't be shocked if San Diego stunned Denver though.

I can't think of a single Super Bowl matchup that I'd find compelling out of this bunch, and I'm a Patriots fan.

No better name for a team you'd like a miracle from. Saints! Saints! Saints!

How can you not like him? I love him. Talks smack but backs his game up. Also a very intelligent player having graduated from Stanford.

2. Clay Matthews
3. Ndajhsjdhsjfhdfgdhsgdhsfgadgfdfdjdkcjkvcxv Suh
4. Michael Vick
5. Dez Bryant
6. Nick Fairley
7. Tom Brady
8. Jordy Nelson
9. RG III
10. Peyton Manning (Lots of respect, but can't stand him)

This. I like him. Plus he's written some pretty good stuff for SI this year, and he definitely seems like he has a brain.

I agree with the first part and even though I know Peyton and his wife, if they get to the Super Bowl to play the Niners, I am going to have to cheer for my Niners.

Dude, I knew his wife in HS. I met him in college and he actually knew who I was, probably because I was best friends with his gf's neighbor who helped steer him toward UT-Knoxville.

Jeez, take a chill pill, Screamin' A ;)

My take as of right now:

Seattle over San Francisco,

New England over Denver

Been on the train when it comes to Seattle's defense since week 1. As someone who has preferred the defensive side of the ball his whole football life I have a soft spot for great defenses. So it is why I picked Seattle at the beginning of the season to win the Super Bowl.

I honestly do not see anyone and I mean ANYONE in the national media picking NE to lose, and Brady acts like the Pats are a serious underdog, lol.

I fervently hope that the Pats lose and lose painfully, but I do not see anyone not picking them to win.

I am kinda torn.

If SF loses, I want the Broncos to win so I can root for the Broncos to win, but if the Niners win, I want nothing more than to deny the Pats "dynasty" another ring. It would only be fitting to have the Niners turn Brady back, so that nobody has the gumption to actually ever suggest again that he is even close to Montana's equal....because he isn't, no matter what Peter King thinks.

You sound pretty butthurt over there. Did Tom Brady reject your advances?
