I believe the rules we have in place now are fine but I would cap the amount of seasons a player can be kept at 3.

I'm fine with a cap or if we change it to cutting the round in half each year, rather than just one round. We just need to set it now and vote on it.

Set the cap to 3 seasons max + the current penalty system is fine with me. So year drafted plus 3 more years. Is anyone opposed to this?

That's true...we could just make the penalty half the round value like Ironman suggested. This will essentially prevent someone from keeping a player beyond 3 seasons.

Ironman please confirm that you still wish to keep Jordan Reed. He was on you post declaring your keepers, but not kept on your team page. I only ask because he's listed as questionable.

Junkhead the numbers you gave me were all the players draft positions from last season, not their cost this year. Just confirm if you could that you are ok with keeping Melvin Gordon for a 4th, Michael Crabtree for a 5th, and Matthew Stafford for a 10th.

Onto draft order. I'm almost positive I didn't use a generator and just let yahoo randomize it. I thought it happened when I set the draft date and time but apparently it happens 30 minutes prior to the draft according to the league home page.

Seeing as the order it's set as now is random I'm just going to keep it as that. Doesn't seem to make sense to change everything up 30 minutes prior to the draft if the order we've already seen was random.

That being said the order will go as follows:

Order and Team
1 GATTACA!
2 Shanahan's Shamrocks
3 #FreeBrady
4 Zeke Squad
5 Go Luck Yourself!
6 Jaqen H'ghar
7 JiveTurkeys
8 Junkhead
9 Diggs out 4 Harambe
10 ShakeDown's Minions
11 O'phile's Defilers
12 The Worldwide Leader

It will be snaking. So Wiz will have 12 and 13, O'phile will have 11 and 14, ect, ect..

Also just a brain fart on my part when I wrote out the keeper rules, but UDFA's should be a 15th not a 10th. Idk why I was thinking we only had 10 rounds?

Let me know if this changes anything for anyone. I will adjust accordingly. As it stands we are good to go.

Also sidenote, Yahoo's interface is trash. Took me 20 minutes just to figure out where to assign the keepers.
