I need some advice. I sent a trade to my buddy and as soon as he accepted it I have major "buyers remorse" I traded away OBJ for David Johnson and Kelvin Benjamin. Did I blow it, or do you guys think it was a smart move? Here is my team, and it's a 10 team standard league.

Eli
Mark Ingram
Ryan Matthews
OBJ
Keenan Allen
Julius Thomas
Brandon Cooks--Flex
Jets D
Gano kicker

Bench

Jordy Neslon
Markus Wheaton
Duke johnson
Matt Jones
Devonte Parker

I think it was a great trade for you. You get a RB where you were lacking and get away from relying on the NYG offense.

Agreed.

DJ is better than both your RB"s (potentially). Benjamin will have a great year if he stays healthy.

I think you did well.

Thoughts on this trade?

I would get Forte and Phillip Dorsett
I would give Brandon Marshall and Duke Johnson

My other WRs are Cooks, Decker, Josh Gordon when he comes back, Funchess, Treadwell, Coates, and Aiken (deep keeper league)
My RBs are Abdullah, Murray, and James White

Standard nonPPR scoring

I think you could survive on Cooks and Decker, with the occasional outburst from Dorsett if needed/lucky, in the absence of Marshall, which would be a good exchange for bolstering your RB's with Forte.

Forte had a really nice week 1 against Cincinnati, and they don't often give up big days to RB's.

You are much deeper at WR but I really don't think you would be getting fair value back. I would counter and replace Dorsett with a better player.

This is pretty much where I am. I kind of want to make it because I need to RB help but it does seem like I'm giving up too much. He also took Dorsett too high for it to have real keeper value to me.

Kaneyoufeelit, just sent you a counter offer.

If it doesn't work for you, let me know which player in your initial request is the one you really want.

1/2 PPR, need to start two:

Eddie Lacy
Golden Tate
Danny Woodhead
Tyrell Williams
Carlos Hyde
Julian Edelman

(my team is stacked...I have Dez, DeAngelo and Allen Robinson locked in)

I love Woodhead in PPR. He's a beast, like Riddick (whom I have)

I also have Lacy, who I'm staying away from because of the matchup against MIN.

I like Edelman and Woodhead on your team

I was also leaning towards Woodhead. I am not sure about Tate vs. Edelman and it would be tough to sit Lacy who was a high draft pick.

Gronk's likely going to questionable...Edleman is a target monster even with Gronk in.

I have Edleman as well. I'll never bench him in PPR.

I agree with you on Lacy. It's just that match up makes me nervous

I'm in a pickle. I just lost Keenan Allen last week in a 12 tm std. He was my number 2 behind Julio. Now this week, I was going to start Julio and Snead as WR1 and WR2, but for my flex, I cant decide If i should use Tyrell Williams, who i picked up for more WR depth after losing KAllen, or should I play a down Matt Jones in flex who is playing an unimpressive Dallas at home. I could see Jones maybe getting 40yds and a TD, but I could also see Tyrell getting attention from Rivers since he literally hasnt stopped talking about him all week to the Media. What do you guys think?

If you are projected to win I would play Matt Jones and go the safer route. Tyrell has higher upside so I would play him if you projected to get beat by a bunch of points.

Just forgetting about this game and looking forward to tomorrow, need some lineup advice.

Who do I start in my WR2? It's a .5 PPR league.

D. Thomas vs. IND
J. Maclin @ HOU
R. Cobb @ MIN
W. Fuller vs. KC

Demariyus has a great matchup but is less than 100%. Cobb and Maclin both have tough matchups. Thinking of going with Fuller. Seems like Osweiler really trusts him.

Thats a very solid WR2 corps. I personally think Maclin is the safest, and would probably go with him.

Thomas and Fuller need another week to prove themselves; Fuller that he will be consistently productive, and Thomas that maybe he's kind of screwed by not having a quality QB.

Cobb is a poor man's Maclin, good for depth but he probably won't get much time in your starting lineup with those guys.

Curios who is your flex? Because Demarius and Fuller would be good flexes in most lineups.

Spencer Ware. Made the dumb decision to plug McCoy in as my RB2 at the last second. Always a sucker for the Thursday night games. Thanks for the input. Will probably put Maclin in there.

I just traded Allen Robinson for Gurley and Corey Coleman in a 1/2 PPR.

I had Woodhead go down and DeAngelo has been one of my starters so I felt the move was necessary. Start 2 WRs and flex is RB or WR.

pre Trade:

Dez/Robinson/Edelman/Tate/Tyrell Williams
DeAngelo/Lacy//Woodhead/Hyde/Michael

Post Trade:

Dez/Edelman/Tate/Coleman/Tyrell Williams
Gurley/Lacy/Hyde/DeAngelo/Michael

Did I make the right move?

Totally depends on how Gurley does...Doesn't look good so far. The Rams are God awful.

Robinson has not been good either. He was held without a catch until late in the third yesterday.

I think on a pure value basis I probably lost on the trade but taking need into account I had to do it. Plus if Coleman actually is a serviceable flex player I definitely win.

I have both Robinson and Gurley...frustrating.

Robinson will get his...but Gurley can't do anything about it when teams load the box and a Rams can't throw.

Coleman may be a stud with McGown. I think you did ok on the trade.

Looking for a RB. I have Gronk or Olsen I'd be willing to part with. But the RB has to be solid.

What the hell!? I added Jimmy G. when he was tearing it up in the first half. After the injury, I went in my pending transactions and didn't see anything there so I assumed it never went through because I did it on the app, which is spotty. Lo and behold, this morning I wake up to learn that I blew my #3 waiver claim on the one-armed Jimmy Garoppolo.
