Pretty unbelievable how different the roster looks now as compared to the end of the 2022/23 season!
Too early to tell but I expect this to be ND’s way of recruiting moving forward. Taking transfers more often than true freshman. I think you will see a lot of mid programs do that.Is Shrewsberry a good recruiter or is he selling guaranteed PT to a bunch of guys that are low hanging fruit? Could be both I guess.
They're fairly low hanging fruit IE not heavily pursued elsewhere. But they all fit the mold for the Indiana centric roster Shrews wants to build. Should help make NDBB more intriguing throughout the state, even at the bigger Indy schools that don't scream ND feeder. Is Shrewsberry a good recruiter or is he selling guaranteed PT to a bunch of guys that are low hanging fruit? Could be both I guess.

Very, VERY underrated hire. The Indy Heat/Gym Rats program pretty consistently has the best HS players in the state in their program.Excited to see what the hire of Ryan Owens will do for ND basketball. He seems well respected and has deep roots in the Indy area. Could go a long way in seeing a substantial uptick in recruiting.
Hopefully. With the ACCs new revenue distribution model, success could compound success with the extra millions tournament wins would get you. We’re gonna make a run into the tournament in Shrubs first season aren’t we?
Hate that damn sign. Mocked me every time they kicked our ass in football when I was coaching in that neck of the woods. You’ll like Linton

That’s some deep dark ass backwoods down in Greene county friend. Also I can’t say that I actually liked Linton few times I have drove through and one time I made a point to visit it for a bitHate that damn sign. lol.........Grandparents lived in Dugger. Saw that sign many a times back in the 60's.You’ll like Linton
Excited to see how he does going against Painter and Woodson.Shrews and Co recruiting Indiana hard is a breath of fresh air.
I coached at North Central in Farmersburg when I was a student at ISU. Spent a lot of time in Sullivan County. We used to go party out near Dugger in some of the old quarries/surface mines that had been filled with water.lol.........Grandparents lived in Dugger. Saw that sign many a times back in the 60's.
A friend of mine bought that old sign and has it sitting in storage for some dumb reason.lol.........Grandparents lived in Dugger. Saw that sign many a times back in the 60's.
This is a huge win for ND basketball. Why Brey didn't recruit Indiana more is a head scratcher. Brey got lucky in getting Blake Wesley, if there was no COVID I think he would've ended up at Louisville.Shrews and Co recruiting Indiana hard is a breath of fresh air.
Those are everywhere in that area. My grandpa was a coal miner. Survived a cave in, but black lung disease got him in 62.I coached at North Central in Farmersburg when I was a student at ISU.
