Stanford defense looks porous. I understand that the ND-Stanford game is in Palo Alto, but I have yet to see why so many people see the Tree upsetting the Irish on the 25th. This is the not the 2015 Cardinal team, nor the 2015 Irish.

Costello is so much better than Chryst. Much more live arm and he throws with confidence.

Bryce Love limped off earlier with bum ankle. If he can't go, Stanford has zero chance.

“David Shaw going crazy on the sideline.”

lmao

Dangerous play, glad both got off the field on their own power. But not targeting.

Side note, it seems like officials are actually calling/reviewing targeting with common sense this year.

By the letter of the law, that was targeting... crown of the helmet pointed down for contact. BUT, there was clearly no intent, as his helmet was down so he could go low, and the receiver-turned-runner actually lowered into the hit.

Last season, that’s an ejection because rules. This year, several similar calls have rightly been overturned.

Looked like the defenders shoulder was the primary contact point, not the helmet.

Husky Love

They're hugging him to death.

More than 5+ per carry under his average. His long rush is more than a yd+ under his average carry.

Torn on who to root for. Love losing helps Josh's heisman so that's my tie breaker. Go Huskies.

Not impressed with Petersen’s playcalling. Going for chunk plays rather than just extending the drive and then failing on third downs. Meanwhile Stanford is just eating the clock. Up twelve minutes in possession with time left in the third.
