This is what it looks like when a QB stands and delivers under pressure. All QB’s get pressured. The good ones make throws. Same goes for Tua. Not nearly as impressive but these dudes are getting hit and making throws.

As opposed to Book bailing even in the absence of pressure. That was one of the more frustrating aspects of that game.

Since Cuse isn’t eligible for the #2 spot, think the Irish are next? Only team to give Clemson a game this year.

I must have missed that one. I bet it ends up 1 Clemson 2 Bama 3 Ohio State 4 Oklahoma 5 us. But it should be us at 3.

Turns out there's not a lot you can do against a kid with more talent than most NFL QBs and receivers who are consistently making circus catches.

No doubt. That one handed catch on the sideline was something else.

Bama stoned at the goal line on three runs. This is crazy.

Clemson loses their LT, C, and #3 receiver in Hunter Renfrow. But they return all of their important pieces on offense and should be even better if that’s possible. They have to replace their defensive line in its entirety which won’t be easy but they are so good that they essentially have a 13 game preseason before the playoffs to get their DLine ready. It would be jawdropping if they didn’t make the playoffs again next season. The only teams who are in the same stratosphere of talent on their schedule next season are FSU, Texas A&M and a road game to South Carolina. Clemson is always due for a weird game like Syracuse this year and the year before but they should be comfortably in the playoffs.

I'm pretty sure most of Clemson's male cheerleaders could start for ND. They just love the culture at Clemson too much.

If BK goes to (anywhere), give Venables $10M and the Popemobile for his daily driver.

The trouble is unless/until FSU or Miami gets their act together, no one in the ACC can really touch Clemson, talent-wise. They might lose a random regular season upset, but no one's going to compete with them at a program level in that conference.

So how quickly does the narrative turn into "Bama just seemed disinterested."?

We were an elite QB away from the title. Book I see a good QB but he wasn’t even a good QB in the Clemson game or several of our last games. Next year unless we get a surprise we will improve with our WRs and a decline in our RBs.

Why not Dabo?

He ain't going nowhere and he might be making more than that at Clemson soon, like maybe this weekend. I'm not sure he'd even go back to Bama at this point when Saban leaves... which might be tonight if Dabo hangs a 50 burger on him.

FSU will get their shit back together as soon as they get rid of WT. Miami too probably quicker.

I didn't either, but got hooked in the 1Q.
I just want Clemson to beat Bama by more than 30 so I can jack jaw with the Bama fans around here. Praying for at least a FG in the last 3mins

Are we seeing the beginning of the end for Alabama? Not saying they'll just drop off a cliff but I mean I haven't seen Alabama get pushed around like this and not be the more physical team since 2007 and earlier. I mean Alabama is thoroughly defeated mentally and physically.
