In my office "squares" pool I got both 5-2 and 2-5, statistically the two worst possible squares you can get.

EDIT: I guess that's not technically true, since there are worse COMBINATIONS to have, but 2 and 5 are the worst individual numbers.

EDIT AGAIN: Of course, Oregon is probably going to mess things up by going for 2 and never kicking field goals anyways.

Yeah Oregon is a great team if you have weird numbers. I could definitely see 22-15 at some point.

Exactly. But I think the month off that season gave them time to overthink/get too hyped up for it. I feel like every single team sans 2012 Bama comes out rusty in the title game. The new playoff gives teams one week to prepare, so we'll see if that boosts scoring, but me thinks it won't, just my opinion.
