This game represents the difference between College Basketball and College Football. Big time teams seek out big time opponents in CBB in order to strengthen their schedule. Will be a fun one to watch. Both teams are really really raw and young (again).

Love the early season matchups in CBB. But unlike CFB, losses early has much les of an affect. Play as tough a schedule as you can, break even or better, and those Nov/Dec losses are wins in March.

I think UK gets it done tonight against the Jayhawks.

Things are getting better. That's positive impact I can see coming out of the playoff committee. If they punish teams like Baylor for crap OOC schedules, it could lead to an arms race of power five teams scheduling each other early and often.

I think you're probably right. This is a really young KU team. And we're not as used to playing with young guys as Kentucky is...at least not to the same extent.

Holy shit, LSU is actually going to play at Lambeau?! I hope it's like it was this past weekend!!!

UK should win.

Edit: I just bet on the spread. Fuck me. GO KU! Keep it close!

Living in Kentucky during basketball season may finally do me in this year.

Good god is that team ridiculous.

(Though I think Kansas was farrrrr overrated at #5.)

Yeah right now KU isn't #5.

Hard to say how good or not good KU is. Right now, yes, I'd say we're overrated. But I have a hunch that Kentucky is going to make a lot of teams look that bad. It might be the most impressive defensive team I've ever seen in college basketball...at least for one game.

Damn, Kentucky looked good last night. I loved getting my fill of college hoops yesterday.
