We had a PS3 online dynasty that never made it out of week 4. I'd be game for doing one with people who really are committed to it. I think if we hashed it out now we'd get more serious people rather than people who just jump on when they first get the game and the novelty hasn't worn off yet...

I'm not talking like 3 games a night, but play one game a week is very do-able I think. It would be cool with the create-a-conference option also!

I always start reading up on it as soon as info comes out... I'm addicted to this game... one thing I would like to see (Aside from stuff like coaches and dynasty improvements that have already been mentioned) is a feature that allows us to apply team builder unis to any given team... meaning create an alt. uni for ND and then apply it to them in like year five of your dynasty... that would keep things fresh instead of having the same basic unis 15 years down the road for every single team.

also, EA will totally muck up the zone coverage mark my words... last year they 'addressed' the fact you could return about a KO per game for TD and basically made it impossible to ever return one for more than ten yards... a few years back you couldn't throw the ball for anything on Heisman so they again over did it the following year and passing over the middle has been money ever since... I'm guessing zone defense will basically make every defender superman now...

and for crying out loud D linemen and LB's can not jump 15 feet in the air backwards to knock down passes intended for 30 yards behind them!!! I'm betting they did not address that...

honestly can't wait for 2k or someone to get back in the game and force EA to step their game up a bit more...

i'm sold.

the bowl tie in feature is nice... last year sucked when, as Notre Dame, if you didn't make the BCS you were stuck in ONE toilet bowl game every single year... forget which one but you couldn't make any game but that one...

I don't have audio right now... help me out... does that video say you can edit this ANY time during your dynasty... meaning in year five you can just change conferences and bowl tie ins?? or is it only a one time thing at the start of your dynasty?

A.) if you can edit conferences and bowl tie ins WITHIN dynasty... meaning during the offseason AFTER dynasty has alreayd started... for example build a super conference before year five after the first four year have been played as is...
or

B.) is this a feature you only get before starting your dynasty and once the conferences are set you're stuck with it for the rest of your dynasty


if the answer is A this is a game changing feature and I'm super excited about it... if B then basically it's another feature that just teases us with it's potential but doesn't really deliever on anything worth mentioning...

from what i saw they don't.. i hate it we need the ND or arms and alternate jersey options, we have like 10+..

I just don't understand why they wouldn't I mean it is not that hard to replace the interlocking ND on the collar with the addidas logo and the numbers on the sleeves with the ND logo

Agreed I hope they bring back the older style of recruiting. I have spent so much time on preaching the benefits of a certain part of my school when the "recruit" couldn't care less.


Maybe its me but the feast or famine with recruits is bothering me as well. For instance, in my Dynasty I have been desperate for a couple of corner backs the past three seasons, yet I cannot sign a single one. Though I seem to recruit running backs by the truck load and am currently overloaded with them.

I love that you can name divisions and conferences in custom conferences...

straight up... Big Tweleven will be the conference name and the divsions shall be "Can't Count" and "The Other Five"




Really hope you can play with that once dynasty starts

You can make edits to conference members, conference rules, and BCS bowl tie-ins when creating the Dynasty as well as each off-season of the Dynasty. This will allow you to make future changes based on real world movements, or any other changes you want to make

Haha. Yea that part is up for debate.

First one to take the ND job and to bring ND back to glory, gets Irish Envy legend status.

i tried the OD with IE last year... I just can't get into online gaming... oh well...


I will prob. put ND in a conference after a handfull of seasons and such... that is such a great feature...

I'm already thinking of all the screwed up stuff I can do to the SEC and the Big 10... lol


I'm loving the names for the Big 10 divisons and I'm already dreaming of....


1- The Lone Star Conference (All Texas Teams... and maybe OU and OSU)
2- Pac 10 super conference including maybe Bosie, SDSU and maybeeven a team like Montana if they have the subdivsion teams (fingers crossed)
3- SOmething like "The Heritage Conference" (ND, BYU, Navy, Army, Air Force, Northwestern, Standford, Wake, Duke, Vandy, etc.
4- Recreating the SWAC!!!
5- Blowing up the Big East


possiblities are endless...
