“Washed up” Lol.It’s just a bad look for the Lakers. Beholden to washed-up prima donna like LeBron in a desperate attempt to stay relevant. Sometimes you just gotta let go and move on.

I'll assume you forgot italics here. Not remotely close. It's a question of roster spots, then and now.So you're saying the only reason Bronnie made the team is because LeBron couldn't find a babysitter?
It’s really no different than teams giving roster spots to brothers of their superstars. Off the top of my head there’s Mobley’s brother in Cleveland and Giannis’s brother with the Bucks.I'll assume you forgot italics here. Not remotely close. It's a question of roster spots, then and now.
The Lakers used a second round pick, 55th overall, to draft the kid so he could play with his dad. It would be first in League history that a father and son played together. This wasn't a Lottery pick. It wasn't even a first rounder. He was drafted 55th overall.
So what?
I get people don't like the guy for various reasons, but there really isn't anything egregious happening here giving his son the last spot on the bench so they can play together and make history. They can always cut him later. The guy is on a two year deal that ends when he's 41 and he's still productive. Honestly, if this is anyone else, no one is agitated. One will be retired before long and the other will be in Europe after.
Meh, in today’s league that stat line ain’t too impressive. Likely not top 10 in points or boards, not a bad assist total though. Truth is, he has seen a huge dip in PER the last 3-4 years and he is only playing 60 games per year. So yeah, washed up, or close to it. Most great players can hang on and put up stats late into their careers, it’s just most are not so shameless in their pursuit of hollow records.“Washed up” Lol.

Thought the humor was pretty obvious. Others laughed at it.I'll assume you forgot italics here. Not remotely close. It's a question of roster spots, then and now.

This is exactly right, I’m not sure why it is so difficult for some to grasp.Thought the humor was pretty obvious. Others laughed at it.
If we want to get serious about this, then Lebron is manufacturing history instead of letting it happen organically. Bronnie more than likely wouldn't have made the roster on any other team. When the Griffey's played together, it was because father and son made it to the majors on their own accord and had the necessary qualifications.
It's the "who" in this scenario. It’s really no different than teams giving roster spots to brothers of their superstars. Off the top of my head there’s Mobley’s brother in Cleveland and Giannis’s brother with the Bucks.
A three pointer festival that ended 132-109. Just what anyone over 50 who "stopped watching the NBA" loathes as much as taxes and WiFi passwords. Thankfully YouTube allows them to watch Rich Mahorn powerbombing some random Celtic into press row because that's what real basketball is.Annnyway, the Celtics just blew the doors off the new and improved and ready for their title run Knicks last night. Good luck everyone.
lol.....I guess I'm an anomaly. I grew up with the ABA and remember when the NBA thought the 3 pointer was a gimmick and would never implement it.A three pointer festival that ended 132-109. Honestly, nothing truly matters until April. Is the gap between Boston and New York what we saw last night? Potentially, but likely not in a seven game series come spring. The Celtics are going to probably drive to 60+ wins using analytics so everyone forgets about the Red Sox and Patriots. Hopefully Boston can enjoy a winning sports team for a change. The last 25 years have been tough.
Is this good?

Yes and the OKC Thunder are 10-2 even without their newest free agent Isiah Hartenstein and Chet Holmgren, both are hurt. Cannot wait to see this team at full strength. NBA season off to a fun start.
- Cavs are 13-0 @irishnd31
- Wemby is fourth youngest player ever to have a 50 point game.
- Giannis scores 59 points.
- LeBron James becomes oldest player ever to record three straight triple doubles. #washed
- Curry goes off on Klay's return to The Bay with a classic Steph performance.
Tell me what you know about Topic. Excited about him also. Kid went quite high in the draft for being hurt and not a big guard. Thanks!Jealous of OKC, set up so well now and for the future. +they got a top 3 talent from the draft this year in Topic.
He's 6-6, only 19, can get developmental minutes. Needs to improve his shooting.Tell me what you know about Topic. Excited about him also. Kid went quite high in the draft for being hurt and not a big guard. Thanks!
Sam Presti has been incredible for the Thunder as GM. He fleeced the Clippers trading Paul George for SGA and high draft picks. He is super decisive and active. The West is going to fun as always. Season and playoffs are going to be awesome. He's 6-6, only 19, can get developmental minutes. Needs to improve his shooting.
I heard that too, his deep shooting determines his ceiling (like most anyone now) - but his FT% and shot making would seem to suggest he'd be okay. Comps I saw around draft were Goran Dragic to rich-man's Goran Dragic. He's 6-6, only 19, can get developmental minutes. Needs to improve his shooting.
Hey SD, first off it will still be winter here in March.🥶 That’s our spring break as well and we’ll be in Cancun to escape the cold. Lol.This is a long shot, but my family is looking to go to Minnesota for our kids spring break, and looking to go to a Timberwolves game (March 21st game). I'm curious if anyone may have tips for getting decently priced tickets. We don't go to many sporting events. Should I get tix through the NBA/T-wolves, second hand market? If so, which 2nd hand vendor is best?
Any advice would be great. Thanks
Ha, I’m from South Dakota so I know it won’t be tropical weather.Hey SD, first off it will still be winter here in March.🥶 That’s our spring break as well and we’ll be in Cancun to escape the cold. Lol.
We typically just go through the T-wolves site but occasionally check vivid seats. It’s definitely worth the admission. They have a great stadium experience and hopefully the team will be clicking on all cylinders in March!
DM me if you want any hotel, restaurant or other ideas to do while you’re in town.
I used to go to MN for work and would go to a few games. Very easy to get tickets on third party sites. Then again I haven’t been to a Wolves game since James Harden played for the Rockets I think.Ha, I’m from South Dakota so I know it won’t be tropical weather.
I appreciate the advice.
What area would you recommend staying in? It will be my wife and I and my 15 year old son and 10 year old daughter.
