Yeah Sadeness was his (Michael Cretu....the guy behind Enigma) first release from his first album and his biggest hit. You wouldn't have really heard anything more except, like you said, Return To Innocence, unless you really followed that type of music or were in Europe

Thanks for this, A Camptain! My Captain!

Van is IRISH (of the northern varierty) and represents the island quite well. I've had the pleasure of seeing and hearing him a number of times in the course of my years.

Even when he chooses to perform with his back to the audience he is electric as well as eclectic.

His works occupy more of my LP, CD and mp3 collections than any other artist.
