One of Kirk's problems was that he was too harsh toward the far right (sic.) He was generally far more respectful when dealing with left wing extremism. Far-right homophobes are children, and they are to be gently but firmly corrected like children.

353K views · 336 reactions | Despite his strong faith, Charlie Kirk still respected those who saw love differently than he did. Watch him call out a young man for saying gays have no place in the conservative movement. It’s a clip the left doesn’t want you to see. #charliekirk #politics #truth | Kerri Lane
This has to be a bit, right? Do you know who Jack Posobiec is? Saying he was harsher to the far right……is something.

He quoted the Scripture multiple times to say gay people should be stoned to death or to call trans people abominations.

But ya he was still respectful towards those groups of people.

This is another swing and miss when it comes to your Bible Knowledge and I see @TorontoGold liked your Bible/Chistian ignorant post and he’s proven he doesn’t have a clue. I think Charlie’s point in both videos is just merely calling it out as sin. He’s reading directly from the Bible… in Gods words not his own. There are many sins God calls an abomination. You should also know (which Charlie Kirk knows) that in the Bible there is a verse Romans 6:23, for the wages of sin is death. Meaning that all sin, any sin you deserve death. Thankfully…John Chapter 3 verse 16 that explains that Jesus died for those sins. Your post is the poster child for taking things out of context. HES NOT CALLING FOR ANYONE TO BE STONED but he is reading a passage in the Bible calling it a sin. Does the Bible specifically call out certain sins? Yes, and this is an example.

Here's some Bible knowledge for people for people who say they're Christians. Mark 10 17-31. Jesus explicitly states to get into heaven you just have to follow the 10 commandments and give up your wealth. Anything else is just being a shitty Christian. Y'all need to spend more time reading the Gospels if you're going to call yourselves Christians.

The Rich and the Kingdom of God
17 As Jesus started on his way, a man ran up to him and fell on his knees before him. “Good teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

18 “Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone. 19 You know the commandments: ‘You shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, you shall not defraud, honor your father and mother.’[d]”

20 “Teacher,” he declared, “all these I have kept since I was a boy.”

21 Jesus looked at him and loved him. “One thing you lack,” he said. “Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”

22 At this the man’s face fell. He went away sad, because he had great wealth.

23 Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!”

24 The disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said again, “Children, how hard it is[e] to enter the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”

26 The disciples were even more amazed, and said to each other, “Who then can be saved?”

27 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”

28 Then Peter spoke up, “We have left everything to follow you!”

29 “Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel 30 will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age: homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields—along with persecutions—and in the age to come eternal life. 31 But many who are first will be last, and the last first.”

Yeah Kirk spent a great deal of time on other sins. It’s just a coincidence he spent 1/4 of his shows talking about LGBTQ people. Pretty funny he only mentions that one from Leviticus, and not the other dozen that are probably more prevalent amongst society. Certainly some that could apply to his Dear Leader. Of course, that require him to be consistent but as a grifter he wouldn’t risk that.

Wow, Why didn’t Jesus tell us to disregard the Bible and just follow 1% of what you tell us to follow. Lol. Yikes, you’re bad at this.

He spent time on what people asked him. His debates were open for whatever people asked him. He’s one person, that talked about a variety of topics and variety of sins. But like you, people have chosen to focus on issues that don’t fit their agenda. It’s hilarious you think he only talked about one thing. Your ignorance is burning bright the last few days. You don’t know the Bible or Charlie. You are the liberal echo chamber.

What version of the Bible?I keep forgetting your reading comprehension isn't the greatest. Go back and reread the passage, Jesus explicitly states what to do to get into heaven. It's about the 10 commandments, the Gospels and giving up your wealth to be more Christlike. You be Christlike by following the Gospels.

I follow 100% of the Bible. Spoiler alert… rich people, murderers and adulterers and all have the opportunity to get to heaven. So you’re still wrong.

so, we all agree that context is required to understand a speaker's intent, regardless of words, correct? i know toronto agrees with this; he said it himself a few posts ago.

Colorado, do you agree that context is required to understand a speaker's intent? Yes or no?

for example: first video context: Ms. Rachel used a bible verse from Deuteronomy ("love your neighbor") to explain why we should accept everyone's lifestyle without question. So, Kirk used a verse from Deuteronomy (the same book, a few verses before) to show that Rachel was using that bible verse out of context because God views homosexuality as a sin. Accepting or encouraging someone to sin, if that sin ends in death and eternal separation from God, is dangerous and careless.

Kirk didn't say gay people should be stoned to death.

Follow up question, Colorado: do you believe that respect is the same thing as love?

If your partner cheated on you with someone else, are you required to respect her choice, without objection, in the name of love? Or would you call out her bad behavior?

If your child had a drug abuse problem, which would be considered more loving? Respecting their drug addiction, or intervening to help them see the error of their ways so they don't end up dead?

Jesus did *not* explicitly state all Christians have to follow the 10 commandments and give up your wealth to enter Heaven. Again, context is vital.

Jesus was challenging a rich man to stop loving money more than God, and the rich man couldn't do it. Jesus challenged him on the commandments because one of the commandments is "no god before Me" and this man looked as his riches as a god. So, when the man said he kept all commandments, Jesus told him to rid himself of his god (riches) and follow him. The man left sorrowfully because he loved his god of riches above the one true God. Do you understand the context of that story now? It wasn't an explicit guide to get to Heaven.

There are numerous Biblical examples of what is actually required to get to Heaven. I'm happy to share those with you if you are generally interested.

Context matters. That's why every time Charlie Kirk said something abhorrent about a group of people should matter and you should take his whole body of work into account.

Respect and love aren't the same thing. I can respect someone and not love them and vice versa. To answer your question, I don't see how you can help your child who as an addiction without respecting the addiction. In that scenario they go hand in hand.

I'm educated on the Bible both new and old testament, I don't need you to cherry pick certain passage, I can do the same. There's a reason people have to cherry pick passages outside of the Gospels to condemn things. And imo it's very un Christlike

Says the guy who went Liberty, a bastion of free speech and dissenting opinions. I went to a Methodist University and studied both the old and new testament
It’s hilarious you have to call out schools. I got an online degree from Liberty. One of 5 that I have. I never even studied the Bible at Liberty, I open it everyday… you’re a trans person. If you knew Gods will for your life you wouldn’t be. Plain and simple. God is so perfect you have to fix his mistake in making you a man. Lol.

Good thing Jesus died for my sin then. I can be as shitty of a human as Charlie Kirk and still get into heaven if I accept him as my Lord and Savior. And who the hell are you to judge me. I'm pretty sure there's a line in the Bible about that somewhere
God calls us to call out our brothers all the time. You would know if you knew the Bible. Christian’s are not called to be silent. But you already knew that.

You would also be aware the perils of taking advantage of Gods grace and sacrifice…

Hebrews 10:26–27 - For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment…

Galatians 6:1 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.

You’re talking circles. You can “judge” me but I can’t “judge” you?

You sound very much like a brother in Christ correcting another. Lol. Hilarious.
