I assure you that I never get worked up in a tizzy nor forget what I wrote. After reading my words and your response, I'm convinced that you clearly have no intention of honestly and intelligently responding to my points, instead choosing to intentionally misunderstand them or misrepresent them. I understand why, but am disappointed. I expect such from Cack or a couple of others, but not you.

If you change your mind and want to discuss the matter honestly and without strawman arguments, let me know. Until then, I have no further interest in this sort of nonsense.
Explain what you meant with the line "until recent wave of wokeness nobody considered gender to be a social construct". There are historical examples of people treating gender as a social construct, I provided a very quick summary. Was what I posted incorrect?

Anecdotal stories without direct proof are nice tales where only those that want to confirm biases will trust them

I agree. Which is why I totally admitted I’m just a dude behind a screen name saying I heard something and don’t expect you to believe it. Sort of like me saying, disregard and carry on. I sort of stole your Thunder on that gotcha moment but you still went there. Direct proof is a social construct and truth is relative. So I guess my anecdotal story can identify as proof. 🤷‍♂️

It’s the Toronto Vortex.

You have higher expectations of Toronto than I. I think he just sounds smarter because he makes it known he does spreadsheets all day so that qualifies him as an intellectual when he’s clearly Mr Dumb Moron.

That's just his mild mannered alter-ego. He's really a secret spy leading a double life.

I feel like there will be a broken calculator in Toronto…

The echo chamber is already pushing to make the move to Tribal to avoid the orange one, as if a Block button isn't enough. So soft. They love to throw out the fascists line, but they prefer to have one single minded opinion and silence opposing views. Seems rather fascist. Again, I'd rather DeSantis be the one to win in 2024 but it's amusing to see people lose their minds over one guy.

Lol. Another example of why people question the media.

It use to be:
A. Get story
B. Verify facts and story
C. Publish
That’s not accurate.

Muck raking/ Yellow press era when Hearst and Pulitzer were at their peaks of power there were all kinds of political hit job/sensationalist stories.

WWII press coverage was 100% propaganda for better or worse.

Vietnam? Inaccurate both before and after the Tet Offensive in varying ways.

The media has always had an internal bias and my opinion is that it is usually directly related to advertising money as well as the politics of the owners and or large advertisers and the influence all that plays on editors and editorial boards.

But we liked that propaganda, pinko.

She's a middle aged hypochondriac single woman. COVID was the best thing to happen to her. It gave her life meaning and excitement. It justified her sad lifestyle.

Sorry, I don't use this term lightly, but that woman is a bitch. She goes on to dox somebody, then plays the victim card and acts like she's some kind of advocate for preventing others from getting doxed. What a tremendous hypocrite.

So is the Paul Pelosi story no longer a thing now that midterms are over?
Funny you mentioned him because the news this morning mentioned he made his first public appearance since whatever happened happened. That got me thinking, the media typically uses a phrase like that for well known celeberties, not the spouse of an elected official.

They've tried to bury that one, although I saw last week that the NBC reporter that broke the story on the bodycam footage hasn't been back to work in almost a month.

I'm surprised nobody here has mentioned the Elon Musk story from this week. He leaked what happened behind closed doors at Twitter during the 2020 election and how the Biden administration pushed Twitter to censor conservatives and kill the Hunter laptop story.

Hard to get much reaction when literally EVERYONE knew that Twitter censored the crap out of that story. Good to have confirmation nonetheless.
