Man of Steel was weak. Zod was a putz. The dog in the tornado scene was f-ing moronic. Should have know the minute Kevin Costner is Jonathan Kent and Russell Crowe is Jor-El they blew their wad on names instead of a decent script. I did notice some LexCorp references. Really not a fan of the storyline though.

Big upgrade over the previous pile of garbage Superman flick though. That one was painful to watch.

Green Lantern kicks ass. He better be in this thing. I hope they make Aquaman more of punchline than a superhero. He has always been a puss.

I have little faith in DC being anywhere nearly as effective as Marvel at producing a well developed, complimentary universe for these characters to develop. Just look at the iterations of Batman and Superman over the years. Look no further than the Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney triumvirate of the nineties and tell me they know what they are doing. Christian Bale kicked ass but that series was self contained, only opening up for the orphan cop dude to take over as batman while alluding to becoming Robin. Bale's character is retired unless they kill off his girlfriend and regenerate his broken body.

I just don't see them integrating their universe on anything close to the scale of Marvel.

This. DC is light years behind Marvel in almost all platforms. Green Lantern is IMO the most powerful JL'er of all and I was very much disappointed in the Ryan Reynolds movie. They had better do something with him. The Green Lantern animated series are fantastic, though. Also if you have not watched it, Batman the Brave and the bold is fucking hilarious (Dietrich Bader is Batman). Great cartoon.

I'm a big Superman fan and really enjoyed Man Of Steel. Best thing they've released with the man in blue since Superman II.

I like Green Latern but they NEED to recast that character.

I can live with cyborg and captain marvel in the JL but basically I don't want green lantern or flash to not be part of the team. I'm scared they won't include GL because his movie under-achieved. GL is one of the most important parts of the team and I hope they have him in there. I also hope that right of the bat Darksied is the villian.

They will both be in any JLA movie. But i would put money on it being John Stewart.

Having Cyborg in there is just dumb. He is not a core member of the JLA and never has been until the DCU animated flicks. And honestly, I will never associate him with the JLA, just the Titans, because that it where he belongs.

Check out the game DCU Online and you will see the only version of the Titans that has ever resonated with the comic crowd, with Cyborg/Raven/Wonder Girl/Nightwing/Beast Boy/Starfire. I really hate what DC has done to the Titans, honestly.

And Aquaman has never been a puss, just written that way, because if you are the rule of over seventy percent of the world, then you are easily one of the most powerful heroes on the planet.

He just has never been credit for being a major badass, like he really is.

Not really sure that Cyborg brings anything to the JLA honestly, as opposed to having a hero that has access to seventy percent of the world and all of its inhabitants.

Dat racial diversity though. WB has said they want an "international cast"

I fucking hate any movie that puts "vs." in the title. Should've just called it "Dawn of Justice." Fail.

John Stewart, done.

Still have racial diversity and keep a core member of the JLA, so that you do not have to bring in a former Teen Titan, when you can bring in a much better superhero...and with CGI, you could easily duplicate a lot of his powers, while actually having a JLA that represents the entire WORLD, not just land.

Gal Gadot, pretty sure she is of mixed-race, as well. And considering the fact that Wonder Woman would be European, Superman is an Alien, Batman is a mortal man from the East Coast (presumably), you really do not need Cyborg.

After watching JLA:Doom--based on the "Tower of Babel" storyline--which included Cyborg, I feel that he really brought nothing new to the team dynamic, and I cannot see him doing so, at least not more than he did with the Titans.

And speaking of Titans, why is Cyborg a JLA member now? Because Dick Grayson was once Batman for a year, and a member of the team, or because Wally West took over for Barry Allen when Allen died--both of whom are back now?

Literally makes no sense to have Cyborg in a live action JLA movie. Hopefully DC execs will see that.
