I was at the Gug yesterday and they're gearing things up. They have a huge tent outside and they were setting other stuff up (I was there at about noon). I'll probably head on over there during my lunch break again to see the whole set up...

Aha! i think this is the first case of a SCUM Commit visiting another school under JH's watch. I think in the Hoke era he considered any commits who did so to be "uncommitted". He even had an OL decommit publicly, visit Florida and then recommit to SCUM straight after

David Dawson. He was their top ranked recruit in the 2013 class (I believe) and he wasn't ever in jeopardy of losing his spot. Hoke was all talk.

247 feels an offer will likely go to Rontavius Groves(would be a serious player IF we offer). The staff really likes his versatility and the fact that the can play running back, wide receiver and cornerback.

Alexander Gagnon---close to being offered per loy...considered a duke lean, ND offer would prob be too much not to take according to loy

Staff loves Chase Pine but has academic work to complete before offer

That was in ISD's Intel this morning as well. It was a dream offer for him at the time, and to come back to ND so quickly after his previous visit says everything.

One of the top CB prospects that we have a shot with, at the moment. I really really like him for BVG's system. Strong kid even though he lacks ideal length but has very good/quick feet. Would be very nice playing man on the outside, IMO.
