My lady just randomly asked if Carly has fired Ballard and Steichen yet this morning. LOL

Not that I’ve heard yet, babe…

I think Ballard is gone after the season is over but not sure about Shane.

Leonard is playing his way into a chance to start next year. He’s displaying a touch we didn’t get to see last year.

The Colts have to be the most maddening team to cheer for in the NFL. Every game they’re in yet you know they will find a way to lose it in the 4th quarter and they do, week after week. I just don’t see a lot to get excited about going forward. No 1st round picks for 2 years and we are hoping Daniel Jones can be him??!

Is no one talking about not giving Leonard a shot when things really mattered?! Rivers was a joke. Remove the handicapping for his age and inactivity and you have a shitty QB with a weak arm, the inability to run and who put up shitty numbers and his pathetic Int in his last week lost the game for the Colts. People tuned in for a car crash and got. Shaduer Sanders like performance without the live arm. Leonard looked better than a third or more of the starting QBs in the league in the road against one of the best defenses. Whoever made the Asinine decision to play Old Man River should be canned. Don’t care if he is a nice guy.

Rivers played pretty damn well for three games and was not the reason the Colts lost that stretch. I don’t necessarily disagree that I would’ve liked to see Riley, but to act like Philly Rivs was the issue is disingenuous.

Agree. He didn’t light the world on fire, but it was evident he was making the proper presnap reads. His arm strength certainly hindered what he could do, but there was plenty of blame to pass around.

Huge bust and honestly the poster child for why it's important to not fall in love with combine results over on the field results

Most knew when he left college he was not going to be average QB in the league. People put to much stock in to some draft numbers.

Can’t wait to not see 44 out there celebrating making a tackle after giving up a 15 yard gain…or slamming the ground in angst after whiffing on a tackle or in coverage.

I like resigning Pierce, but that definitely seems high. But when you don't draft or develop anyone at that position, what are you going to do?

As a person who sits in seats at that stadium several times a year, I am glad Zaire is gone. Pittman, I think has maybe never been healthy but was also getting great money for...meh. I think it's best to get the best value from him that you can.

I think you're still hinging a lot on a quality draft. You'll need a bit of help, but hopefully we're trying to actually go to and win a playoff game. I need this.

Whole lotta money for a guys who hasn’t had a 50 catch season
It is a whole lot of money, but I'm not going to hold that against him. It took a couple of seasons for him to finally "get it" and Pittman was the Colts #1 receiver. Add to the fact Rivers couldn't go deep and he lost Jones last season contributed to the amount of catches he had.

The guy has speed, height and great hands. He lead the NFL in yards per reception in 2024 (22.3) and 2025 (21.3). He was also up there in getting PI calls against the D. With Pittman gone I expect the Colts to use him more in the intermediate routes this year and not just as a deep threat.
