Most of the interviews I've seen have them saying that the first thing they need to do is get any job they can to get their feet under them.

There should be a plethora of opportunities for them on farms and ranches if they want it. Some may decide to do something else.

Are there any terror groups inside of South Africa that are plotting to blow themselves up in crowded spaces within cities in the US? I’m not going to pretend that plenty on the MAGA side who like this and didn’t like the Syrian refugees aren’t racist, but I think there’s a little bit more to the lack of apprehension it in this case.

As someone who believes in emancipation for all people not just white people (unlike some), I think as long as the refugee goes through the proper checks then it’s fine with me.

If we’re going include contributing circumstances I don’t the South African government is using chemical weapons on them. Regardless, I think accepting refugees is the correct approach regardless of the nation.

I think you’d agree with me if in 3 years there is a group of Afrikkaners that have a parade or group celebration you won’t see a public freak out.

I think that’s fair, but how do you actually go through proper checks in the civil war torn country of Syria?

“Are you a terrorist?”

“No”

“Okay sweet, good to go!”


I am 100% in favor of providing host nation aid to a third party country in an instance like Syria where we advocate for the temporary resettlement of those individuals and assist the other country with the housing and aid. I think that it’s also a bit asinine to pretend like culture doesn’t play a factor. Resettling individuals in a society that more similarly mirrors their own seems like it would be more beneficial for both parties.

I've got no problem if they're black, white, brown, yellow, orange, red, or purple as long as they're doing it right and legal. Laws are in place for a reason.

I have no clue but in the instance of national security and vetting I’d presume a G7 country knows what they’re generally doing when it comes to not being too generous with admitting terrorists. Despite what fear mongering small town seniors have to say lol.

Yeah I totally agree that you’re obviously going to have integration into society being easier for similar cultures but that doesn’t make someone else “less deserving” of compassion or aid.

She has not assimilated?? She was born in a country without any sort of stable government, not an english speaking country, and was dominated by one religion. She then became a US citizen through legal means, got educated in the US, learned English, and became a congress person. Do you believe Young Kim to have assimilated?

We need farmers In our country. Farming Is hard work. The future of farming is in danger, and we've been warned a long time ago.
20+ years ago. If the Illegals came here to work hard and make their own way, we would welcome them.
$1,000 a night hotel rooms in NYC gave most of us a bad feeling in our guts.

Wars are generally over color or religion. I know a lot about the vetting process. There are a lot of loyalty questions. If you ask someone if their country and the US went to war right now whose side would you be on, you’d think you are sitting with a terrorist but really you’re sitting with someone with loyalty and a son of the soil they came from.

Dual citizenship for example most people keep just to have in their back pocket.

The world is a lot scarier than people think. And it’s not even your traditional bad actor… it could be someone well intended but at the end of the day is someone with choices.
