Doubt it. It's unlikely there will be a ton of cases, and I can't see them stretching for long periods. You're either a citizen or you're not, shouldn't take long for lawyers to prove one or the other.

But you can never point to actual evidence of this happening. You ignore other examples of the most extreme elements of other religions passing laws.
