...for now. For those that care anyways (pity me haha)
I noticed I haven't posted since the beginning of February. Since then I have moved from Dallas to Houston. As some may know I have been trying to get back into the military but they pushed that back until September. So as of now I work in the Houston jail, not the greatest job but a good experience so far. Only two months in but already have crazy stories.
I am also on the way to being a father. My wife is 14 weeks along, or 3 and a half months. She is currently on complete bed rest because of complications, so I am in charge of cleaning the house, shopping, laundry, and working. It may sound tough but when talking to the doctor and hearing how serious her condition is, I am willing to work my self beyond what a person can do. Since this is my first child it means a little more, especially after seeing the ultrasound and the little guy/girl kicking all around I would be heart broken if anything happened.
Anyways away from the "real" world things. I have been trying to follow Notre Dame as best as possible. Of recently it was great to see Jaylon Smith commit. For some reason I thought he would all along though. Maybe just my optimism though.
Hope everyone else is doing great, I just currently got the internet and cable because my wife is on bed rest. Otherwise I would have went without to save for the baby. But I would feel bad if she was sitting at home with nothing to do. She already had to do that for four days while I was at work and was a wreck haha. Deep down though I was glad to get back to my Notre Dame days.
Glad to be back as much as I can be.
