KLM showed some class by ignoring such a remark. Lets give this current group some credit for mental/physical toughness-my hats off to them for the late season effort. Sometimes I just dont understand what people are thinking. This comment was bad. Facebook 'really people' is it that big of a deal. Dont diminish what these guys have accomplished. KLM has nothing to worry about, the Irish are building much needed depth at LB and DL. It will pay HUGE dividends in the future.

KLM actually had a great year.. in a lot of respects better than EJ besides the sack total. Both of them are going to be starters and big players next year. We all know Tuitt and Lynch are beastly prospects but EJ and KLM were pretty darn good prospects in their own right and played very well towards the end of the season.

I've got Twitter and am following most of the team. I comment on their post..sometimes they comment back and its pretty cool.
I never say anything negative or anything like what was posted here, only supportive, fun/funny, conversational stuff.
Hope to interact with them more. I'm also only 20yrs old.

All I can say is that anyone who would write a comment such as that to any player on our team is plain and simple a JACKASS!!!! First, I do not think anyone should be interacting with these guys on Facebook or Twitter or whatever. But, if they are going to, it should be only to express thanks, good game, good luck or some other general comment of encouragement.

For someone to tell a upper classmen who has played solid for two years that he better worry about an incoming high school player is just freakin stupid. Come on now!! I for one believe that Ishaq, Lynch and others will be great, but they are all going to find that nothing beats out 3 years experience and 3 years of conditioning.

In the end, stay away from the players and show some darn respect!!!

Doesn't this kind of degrade the word "friend" these days? Facebook has completely changed the meaning of the word "friend" and it's absolutely ridiculous. I, for one, have only my friends on facebook and casual acquaintances. I do keep my old high school peers on there too. It's just strange.

First of all not everyone on this site is an "older guy".

Second of all not everyone on this site has a twitter of facebook page.

Third of all isn't it up to individuals to allow people to look or write on twitter or facebook sites.

I am a 34 year old guy, my wife and daughter are on facebook and I don't have a account. If these players don't want reactions, don't "friend" everyone who asks. As far as people who do be-friend these players......get a life. Unless you go to school or know them, STOP.
