Well we got what we asked for and that’s a QB coach. And it seems like a good one at that.

Like him. Seems very cerebral, like he could be a Dr or dentist.

I thought he sounded more like a chiropractor or podiatrist.

Wait, so we have a guy who can help us on the O side of the ball and now he's rumored to be a candidate to replace Ferentz at IA as new OC? WTF!

Iowa's offensive standards are Mariana Trench level low.

He was the passing game coordinator for Cincinnati during their little run they had. He was going to have the same role at Wisconsin, before he jumped to ND.

Seems like his next elevation would be to OC somewhere.

It just seems strange they wouldn't give him Co-OC and/or Passing game coordinator title? Unless they don't appreciate him or his abilities in which case, it's justified for him to take an OC role with a new team.

Thought Gino was an OC at Cincy and got demoted.
It looks like he was always only PGC and about to be promoted to OC for Cincy but then went with Fickell to WI but only for a minute before joining ND's staff as QB coach.

Looks like he was for his final season there. He took a demotion in role at both Wisconsin and ND.

He was OC at Cincinnati for a year

I’m sure he is somewhat involved just as Joe Rudolph has years of OC experience as Chryst’s run game coordinator/OC at Wisconsin

Hey, just saying why not get the guy more into game planning, unless he already is and we don't know about it.
It's Fansided quoting something from 247 Sports that has Gino's name on a list. They don't need to start throwing money, titles and responsibility at him so he stays.

GG is number 6 of 6 listed here.

Life is going to move on if he's not with the program next year.
