Eh.... it aint all about the money. The longterm chaos issues of never being home, always on the go, making friends, losing friends, moving ( chaos) changing schools, keeping up at schools, not having a dad in the house, putting literally everything family related on the mom.... outweighed the money for me and my wife.

Now up to 3 (I think - might have missed one) ND analysts added as full time coaches to Parker's staff. Reihner will be the TE coach.

So, ND has a few shoes to fill at the moment.

I want to know if those stats include defensive scores. I know it includes touchdowns helped by a shortened fields due to turnovers. Also includes touchdowns against some of the weakest opponents in ND history, like the first FCS opponent ever.

Parker set up an offense that did really well at exploiting BAD defenses. The offense he built was also terrible at adjusting to teams capable of taking away our easy plays. It took solid/good defenses to do that, but if our offense couldn't have success running into 8+ man boxes, it was over (other than nc state, hartman made a bunch of huge busted plays in that game)

Our D set our offense up to score with short fields a lot plus they scored a bunch of defensive TDs, maybe 4?

Road games at Memphis and Iowa in early September to start of his tenure at Troy next season.
Troy won't give him that long of a leash. Program is very accustomed to double digit winning seasons over the last decade.
I will be interested to see where Vegas puts thier season W/L number next summer.
Those are two early (likely big) losses that could spiral a new coach and staff quickly.

He will need to have success fast.
Especially being a guy from West Virginia, who has mostly coached in the Mid-Atlantic to Big Ten Country trying to make it in Troy, Alabama.

Yes, agreed. Here is it again for others to see.
I deleted my original post, because I didn't realize the confrence games were still TBA
I made the wrong assumption that his boys opened the season with six of thier first eight games being on the road.
I assume that won't happen, even though that is how this is presented.
