Without there being an association to the previous coaching staff who may or may not have mismanaged the roster, generally speaking I think that’s a yes.3rd year is the first year you can judge someone’s coaching?

No, but there is context here. In the case of Stuckey walking into an almost completely empty room, literally empty, yes.3rd year is the first year you can judge someone’s coaching?
lacking depth no doubt, but styles regressed and Thomas colzie lenzy underperformedNo, but there is context here. In the case of Stuckey walking into an almost completely empty room, literally empty, yes.
I'd agree Styles regressed, but last year we had a MAC quarterback who lacked the arm to utilize Lenzy. And Thomas, a three-star recruit who became our most reliable WR, did not underperform. This year he and Colzie have been hurt pretty much all season.lacking depth no doubt, but styles regressed and Thomas colzie lenzy underperformed

Three stars on 247. Borderline four star composite. The lowest-rated WR or TE we recruited in that class, way lower than Styles or Colzie.Thomas was a 4 star with offers from every top team

He did have some good offers though.
Lenzy had his best year under Stuckey, and Thomas has not underperformed, he had been hurt all year. Nagging leg injuries will derail any skill players season.lacking depth no doubt, but styles regressed and Thomas colzie lenzy underperformed
Greathouse looked awesome when he was in the Slot, Tyree has made a good transition but also at Slot which is Sam's favorite position. Rico has been pretty good for a true freshman getting thrust into a starting role. Tobias isn't there yet, but he still has some time. Thomas and Colzie have been injured. Can't really gauge WR performance last year because of QB issues, and this year has been injuries. I like what I've seen from Stuckey's guys in limited reps compared to Del's product. Both played better than any wrs this year, And we probably have 4-5 wrs rated higher
Can you talk about any player developing under Stuckey over the last 2 years?
OK. Well some services had him as a high three, others as a low four. Either way, Thomas isn't the problem. When healthy, he's a solid #2/3 WR for us. The problem is we've got a bunch of those guys but we don't have a #1.I actually don’t prefer composite because part of it is clearly BS
Either way… yea Stuckey didn’t walk jnto the best situation at wr, but two years in the only thing thats improved is the numbers
I think we got lucky with faison, hopeful with cam next year, but think Rico needs to be beat out by Thomas when healthy and hopefully others
Greathouse I do agree looked like a good slot. But I think Rico has been disappointing despite being a frosh. Way ahead mentally but lacking talent. Tobias very disappointing and yea Thomas colzie have been injuredGreathouse looked awesome when he was in the Slot, Tyree has made a good transition but also at Slot which is Sam's favorite position. You saying the true freshman who is averaging nearly 16 yards a reception lacks talent is almost as ridiculous as you saying you played CB in the big 10. I’m not giving up on Stuckey but next year is big for the wrs
You mean like yorcich just got fired in season and he actually was a qualified OCI'm still surprised there are people who actually have their hopes up that Freeman is going to fire Parker on a bye week with two regular season games left.
Like if i woke up tomorrow with my head sewn into the carpet I wouldn't be as surprised as I would be if Freeman suddenly fired Parker later today.
I get it, truth hurts. You saying the true freshman who is averaging nearly 16 yards a reception lacks talent is almost as ridiculous as you saying you played CB in the big 10. Tool.
Less about hopes of firing right now. More about delaying the inevitable. Maybe he already made the decision but will wait until the regular season has concluded.I'm still surprised there are people who actually have their hopes up that Freeman is going to fire Parker on a bye week with two regular season games left.

This, we got Hartman being aggressive early behind the scenes, do the same for OCIf they intend to hire a new OC, my hope is this gets done as quickly and quietly as possible. It needs to be 100% complete to the point that the new guy is in before Parker even knows about it. After the Ludwig fiasco, you go Chicago Cubs Craig Counsell on this and do it covertly as humanly possible so you not only get the guy you want but you don't look like idiots again if it goes sideways the second time around.
Not his first year as an Oc though. People have been frustrated with him for a year+. If Parker is going to be fired, the people who need to know, knowYou mean like yorcich just got fired in season and he actually was a qualified OC
I wonder what Marcus Freeman is waiting for?
He’s got “smartest guy in the room” syndromeYou saying the true freshman who is averaging nearly 16 yards a reception lacks talent is almost as ridiculous as you saying you played CB in the big 10. Tool.
Unless there’s an analyst you want to promote to staff member there’s no reason to cut staff. You can shift responsibilities without making announcements.Less about hopes of firing right now. More about delaying the inevitable. Maybe he already made the decision but will wait until the regular season has concluded.
