Didn't know the appropriate thread for this, but I think it should be noted for the rest of the season.

Time to start kicking field goals and or punting. I've seen enough as a spectator, personally. This past Saturday was incredibly awful with this, too.

Was also widely loathed at Miami and barely lasted the season there as well.
He looked like a job hopper most recently, and even for this profession, the dude has moved around a lot recently. Year or two tops in the last several stops. Sam Pittman called Enos one of the most gifted playcallers he's ever seen upon hiring him. The guy didn't make it out of October and it's going to cost them nearly $3M. Awesome.

It just means more.

This Enos news was posted in a couple of different threads as some kind of warning shot across the bow at Notre Dame's administration suggesting that things are "possible" and there are "solutions". LOL. This is the same ND who can't seem to care and or get out of their own way. Realistically, Parker isn't going anywhere before the end of the season, and if he did....I shudder to think at who would call the plays for the rest of the way. Gino or a bunch of dudes who haven't really ever called plays before. Great choices. Surely there is a wizard they can just pull off of the street like Dan Mullen who would come at the drop of hat?

The unserious people that don't care about football are not getting rid of the OC of the 6-2 team in October because Arkansas fucked up.

He is flat out been playing lights out. It would be awesome to have him back next year but he keeps playing like this and that might not happen.

Give him his first name. We'll see next week whether he earns his surname back.

Did Parker earn his name back with that second half? Offense scored a TD every time they had the ball.
We ran the ball against a stacked box allowing people to be literally wide open on PA

Name is not back unless we score another 30+ at Clemson

The funny thing is Parker literally shits more football knowledge than this entire board combined…
But you all think you know more.
Pathetic lives you live.
Carry on.

It'd be pretty cool if he started demonstrating that in games, then.

Put another way: I don't think I know more than him. Why does he appear to know as little as me?

We could have won a championship this year with this defense. Parker cost us.
Parker did not cost ND. Hartman and occasionally the o-line not being able to execute in big moments of big games cost ND. Hartman panicked at times against OSU, Duke, and especially UL. Plain and simple. Would not have mattered who was calling the plays.

He’s occasionally turning shit into diarrhea

But he’s capable of turning acid reflex into excitement

Hartman played poorly again today at times. Good thing ND’s D is great and Pitt is generally hapless or it could have been another Duke type of game. Something has been off with Hartman since OSU.

I liked Parker’s initial game plan of running & passing to the perimeter to get Pitt off balance. My complaint is that once Narduzzi/Bates adjusted, he took too long to get away from it b/c there were signs that runs between the tackle were there.

Evans is great but he made two boneheaded mental mistakes today that cost ND w/ the pick play & the false start.

I couldn’t understand Hartman forcing balls early on when he had pressure in his face. Even the Tyree catch was thrown up for grabs and probably should’ve been his 3rd pick but Tyree bailed him out w/ a fantastic catch.

If Hartman had been as good as we hoped, ND would be playing for a Naty this year. But there is a reason the NFL is not looking at him as a high draft pick, and it has shown the last 5 games.

Hartman isn't really a fit for what they are doing. It's very pro style and he hasn't been great in the pocket going through reads which wasn't a huge ask for him before

Don’t know more than he does. You are probably right. What I do know is he sucks and we could and should do better. Get someone equal to our DC. GP is not that.

Did you really just say this? Wow, not sure how anyone can ever take you serious again

Hopefully tomorrow you blame it on like stagg jr or something so i can find a reason to respect your opinion again

Just because you know more on something than someone doesn’t make you a good coach or play caller… I’m not sure he actually does know more than a few people on this board, that’s scary

The offense, generally, cost us, including the OL, Hartman, and Parker. But the playcalling at the end of the OSU game wasn't great. The OC has been the main issue I think.

Reaper was on a roll today. Saying Independence is incredible, and some other crazy stuff pre game.

There are a handful of people I notice when I read/respond, I'm pretty poster-agnostic and will respond to people based on their posts not their names. But today is the first day I noticed "reaper" and it was wild lol, I won't forget.

Everyone’s a little right.

Parker def shouldn’t be ND’s OC. We know that now. You can hire an OC to learn on the job if BK is the head coach… not MFMF, a defensive-minded CEO.

Hartman hasn’t been super great lately. Making bad/late decisions testing the middle of the defense. Panic in the pocket when you don’t need to. Scramble into sacks.

But he’s also done some cool shit the Angeli/Minchey wouldn’t have been able to do.

We expected better from the OC and QB. But it probably hasn’t been quite as bad from either as the doomsayers sometimes say. Idk.
